I have to commend Manager Ariel! We encountered a small issue during check-in, and she handled it efficiently and patiently, coordinating everything with such care and professionalism. She's so kind! My stay experience was significantly improved because of her. I'll definitely look for her next time I visit, and I want to try the 'blind box' flower experience too!

The room Ariel gave us was excellent, I really liked it. It was spacious, bright, and very clean. The pool water quality was also great.

I arrived late at night and realized I had accidentally booked the wrong room type. I thought it would be a huge hassle, but to my surprise, Manager Li and Xiao Yu at the front desk were incredibly thoughtful and enthusiastic. They immediately helped me switch rooms efficiently and smoothly, which saved me a lot of time. Their service was meticulous and attentive, making my stay very comfortable. I truly appreciate it and will definitely choose this place again next time!

This past May holiday, I stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Qingdao Jimo for five days with my family. Before checking in, I had already coordinated with the duty manager. Manager Qianqian thoughtfully arranged a connecting room for us, with one king-sized and one twin bed. The two rooms connect to form a large space, which was incredibly convenient for a family stay. Overall, the experience was excellent!

The service was excellent, and we were very satisfied with the hotel's environment. We had a really comfortable stay!

First time there but was given an upgrade to suite and the famous cookie upon check in. Room was well maintained and comfortable. Gym needs some renovations

This was my first time staying at the DoubleTree by Hilton Qingdao, and to my surprise, I received a complimentary upgrade to an Executive Room. The hotel's facilities are, of course, excellent, and the service is equally impressive. The meticulous and thoughtful service from front desk staff Li Qianqian particularly impressed me. I will definitely choose to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

Despite my rushed schedule, I found that this major brand hotel truly delivered on cleanliness, service, and overall quality. The hotel staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. They even offered complimentary cookies, which were still warm and absolutely delicious! Highly recommended! The price was also fantastic. For this level of quality in Linyi, one would typically expect to pay 800-1000 yuan, so getting it for around 400 yuan was an absolute steal. The breakfast was surprisingly good! I honestly didn't expect it to be included, especially given the affordable price, so it was a very pleasant surprise to find it was, and that it was so excellent.

Our room was excellent – quiet, clean, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We also dined at the hotel's Chinese restaurant, where the portion sizes were incredibly generous; we couldn't finish it all! It offered fantastic value for money. My only suggestion would be regarding the bedding. The duvet provided was quite thick and I found it too warm, even with the air conditioning running, which made me sweat. While the hotel did offer a blanket, I'm not really used to sleeping with just a blanket. It would be wonderful if the hotel could provide some lighter duvets or comforters as an option.
