我們是家庭旅遊，住到酒店，服務人員非常熱情周到，前台孫姐，韓姐，熱心的為我們做好登記，並給我們送到了房間，詢問有什麼需要的，餐廳服務人員，介紹菜品，耐心解説，真心介紹這家餐廳，口味絕對地道，價格實惠，結賬時還主動給我們打了折，房價也相當合理，山東不愧孔孟之鄉，青島之行，讓我真有賓至如歸的感覺。

設施齊全，該有的都有，衞生特別乾淨。
床太舒服了是席夢思的床墊，軟硬適中，在外面走一天睡一覺滿血復活！特別舒適！
青島高鐵站從西出站口出來右邊就是酒店特別近，路痴也能輕鬆找到，離棧橋近走幾百米就到了很方便。酒店還能免費提供海鷗食。
前台特別好，入住和離店都有問候，4.4號出去玩的時候還不慎把房卡丟了，經理和前台人員特別好，沒有收我們的補辦費，特別感謝🥹

帶孩子和長者出行，酒店位置方便，定的親子間，方便照顧。酒店服務很好，前台送了沙灘玩具；正好趕上孩子發燒，餐飲部的禚慧香經理（抱歉名字的第三個字沒太記住）很是照顧，每次就餐都非常關照，很感謝！

酒店服務特別好，就是我睡覺輕，窗户不要隔音，能聽見空調外機的聲音。走的時候還送給我們伴手禮，有著名的青島鈣奶餅乾，哈哈希望吃了能長個子。還有嶗山可樂和小饅頭，感覺超級用心。酒店就在青島站出站口外，真是超級方便的。推薦

房間的感覺有些年代氣息，不過還是很乾凈的，設施完備。酒店所有人的服務都很熱情，因為我是考研入住，第二天中午12點退房還跟酒店説了延遲退房，也很爽快的答應了。臨走還送了一個逢考必過，比心。
