Our stay was incredibly comfortable! The lighting was bright, and the room was spotlessly clean with everything neatly arranged, which was very pleasant to see. The biggest surprise was being able to watch the sunset from the room – it was so relaxing sitting by the window in the evening. The owner was also very enthusiastic and proactive in helping us with any requests, without any delays. I truly recommend this place to everyone!

Clean and neat!! Every was new, comfy to get around and surround by a lot of foods, short walk to metro and mall But a bit smell of leaking water from the bathroom and smell of cigarette by other guests who’s probably smoke in their bathroom so I just closed the door Never net the owner so I texted the owner to check in with no response and ended up with a lady who is housekeeper helped me checked in and about more bottles water but no response😅 Overall this place was worth my penny👍🏼

Booked a queen sea view room, and really enjoyed it. Definitely worth staying.

The room was newly renovated and very clean. The beach is just downstairs, perfect for watching the sunset. There's a shopping mall nearby, making it convenient for eating, drinking, and entertainment. The subway station is also nearby, offering access to ferries and seagull feeding. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Qingdao's best value accommodations ☆☆☆☆☆ The beach is right in front of the property, and the walking path is well-maintained! A stroll along the path takes you to a shopping mall and the subway station. You can even go for a morning run along the path! Haoshanglai is across the street, which is even more fun than a convenience store! Small snacks, water, dairy products, and drinks are cheaper than at the supermarket, so I visit every day! The property is on the second floor, but there's an elevator. The owner personally explained everything from how to use the door lock to the windows and screens. There's even a clothesline in the room to hang your clothes. The bathroom is spacious, with good water pressure. The hot water is available right away, which is a plus. The room, hallway, and bathroom were all clean and free of cigarette smoke. Room cleaning and towel changes were done right away when I sent them WeChat. There were many Didi taxis around the property, so I could catch one within a minute. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. The Chahee store inside the mall had Korean-speaking staff. It was nice to browse the supermarket, and there was a self-service hot pot place popular with Koreans, a dumpling restaurant, and Starbucks where I could enjoy coffee while looking at the ocean and just relax like a local. It was so nice! This was my second trip to Qingdao, and I really enjoyed the accommodations. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip!

This stay was fantastic! The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free; the bedding was soft and comfortable; and the facilities were complete and easy to use. The owner was very nice, and the location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants and transportation nearby. It was also close to a subway station, making it very cost-effective.

I stayed for one night. I was pleased with the location and quality of the accommodations. Great location, a wonderful coffee shop in the same building, and a sea view from the room. Excellent value for money. Even though you can buy things in the room, it was fresh and pleasant. Thank you! I'll be back.

Cleanliness: The bedding was clean. Upon check-in, I found socks left behind by the previous guest. There was dust on the table. Environment: The location is excellent, in Jinmao Bay, with the sea right outside. However, the room is accessed through a small side door, which is inconvenient at night due to the dim lighting and the need for two passwords. Service: I stayed three nights. There was no housekeeping service. Bottled water was only provided on the first day. I had to ask for more, and the owner provided three more bottles. Facilities: There was no night light. The owner claimed that having the bathroom light on and the door closed was roughly equivalent to a night light. There were only two electrical outlets in the room; one was needed for a mosquito repellent to prevent mosquito infestation, and the other was for boiling water. Charging cameras and phones was difficult. I asked the owner for a power strip, and he readily agreed but didn't provide one. Later, the owner said he didn't know what a power strip was, but a simple search on Taobao would have revealed the answer.

The hotel is located in Shinan District, right next to a bay. You can watch the sunset over the ocean from the downstairs. The surrounding area is well-equipped with restaurants and shopping malls. About a kilometer south is the Tuandao Farmers Market, where you can buy fresh seafood and have it prepared there or at a beer house near the market entrance. The prices are reasonable, and the main advantage is the freshness of the ingredients. The hotel is newly renovated, and the overall environment is very nice.

The inside of the accommodation is very clean and the owner is very friendly.

The facilities are great. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, and there's even a bank. I highly recommend this place, especially if you're Korean. The owner speaks Korean, and the support person shares information in a WeChat room. They tell you what you need while traveling, and they even helped us order duck. I was trying to go to the bank because WeChat wasn't working, but they actually escorted me to the bank. I was so touched. I hope you prosper. ㅎㅎ

老闆人特別好，很熱心，還順手幫我們去驛站領了快遞包裹📦，真的很貼心。 訂的是四人房，房間很大也很寬敞，打掃阿姨很親切😄住起來很舒服，整體體驗很好。
