Having stayed at the Wyndham in the USA several times, I arrived to this hotel with certain expectations. Some of those were met; namely: beautiful room decor and plentiful services. Thanks to Samantha and David who partnered to salvage my experience in the end! It would be nice for a western hotel that touts 5 diamonds to offer western channels on the tv(they only had HBO) and decent western fare during breakfast (95% Chinese/Asian food). Additionally, some training for staff in regards to etiquette and professionalism could serve you well. Several employees in the restaurant were rude and unhelpful. Overall, my previous history with the brand and the aforementioned employees allowed for me to have a decent stay.

bad surprise ; the breakfast is a bento provided at the door of the rooms. no choice. a gesture has been done, i got coffee and croissant. the room is warm and well insulated bath tub was perfect no coffee nor tea, only 5 bottles of water

A very pleasant experience, very satisfied. The room is very nice, the area is super large, the decoration style of this large floor-to-ceiling window is very beautiful, the room is super clean, the location is very good, and the price is really high. The front desk service is very warm and thoughtful, it must be praised by 5 points. The room booked this time is very good, with plenty of light, the decoration is exquisite, the environment is good, especially comfortable, and the air is fresh. The transportation is also convenient. The hotel has an airport bus to the airport and is also very close to the high-speed railway station. If you have the opportunity to stay here in the future!

Free upgrade, good service attitude, and a gift for the children after leaving the store. The children liked it very much and kept it with them all the way. There were also small biscuits and fruits. I will stay here again next time I go to Qingdao. The dolls are also very delicate It's the best hotel I've ever stayed in at this price range.

I was so pleasantly surprised by this suite that I booked. It was so spacious and had everything one might need: two bathrooms, dining room, massage chair, treadmill, spacious living room area, kitchen, full refrigerator and desk area! I thoroughly enjoyed the space. The location is down the street from the airport, and within a complex so it is difficult for DiDi drivers to find. Overall, the hotel suite was lovely!
