The hotel environment is fine, but the front desk service of the hotel is expected to improve. I keep calling after 11 o’clock, which is very annoying. I communicate with the front desk and there are still things to be done. Can I delay it to 2 o’clock and I will give it to you directly No, it will be convenient for the guests during the off-season. 有兩個建議給旅館
晚上10點到了旅館的時候,聞到衞生間很臭,開始想可能是某個客人退房比較遲吧，通風換氣還不夠徹底（窗子是開着的）,於是耐心的等了半個小時,終於發現這個味道是消除不掉的,是那種沒有做存水灣下水道反上來那種臭味,這種問題存在肯定不是一兩天了，酒店不應該還是把房賣給那些嫌麻煩不換房的客人！應該立刻先把問題解決掉再賣房間，你們的服務員都幹啥去了？這麼大的問題都不彙報！
後來換了一個房間，不幸的是臨馬路的，更不幸的是，我那天碰巧沒有帶降噪耳機。本來關上窗子打開衞生間的換氣扇，也是可以通風的，因為房間説實話還是有一些些味道的（這個應該是建材味道,不是太嚴重，但我鼻子特別靈敏） 但是衞生間的換氣扇噪音實在是太大了，衹好不開換氣扇，開着窗睡覺，早上被外面的交通吵醒很難受。建議酒店升級一下換氣扇，現在靜音型的也不貴了。
