在天柱山遊客服務中心周邊絕對是條件最好的酒店，房間很大，很乾凈，早餐很豐富，離各景點距離都非常非常近，唯一有一點感覺不好的，就是酒店比較新，房間櫃子味道還沒有散去

酒店位置非常好，離天柱山入口幾分鐘，服務態度很好，入住後給做了免費升級，房間非常寬敞，居住體驗不錯。停車在酒店旁邊，早餐比較簡單

來天柱山玩一定要住陌上系列民宿，天鵝堡就在天柱山腳下，去附近的天柱大峽谷、天柱山風景區簡直太方便了（步行衹要幾分鐘就到）老闆服務非常好，看到我們一家三口直接給升級了親子房，旁邊就是電影廳還能看看電影電視劇，民宿裏還開了一家鹿角巷，山上下來喝一杯簡直了太爽！

問早餐幾點結束？前台直接告訴我們去外面吃吧……游泳池開放，但無人管理，游泳池水面漂浮物有蟲子樹葉🍂，原生態啊……提前備註了麻煩要求安排一下安靜的房間，結果晚八點房間斜對面一家超市門口聽到了讓我難忘的歇斯底里的嚎叫卡拉OK，看起來也不是商業運作的，懷疑跟酒店作對特意來吵鬧的。第一次遇見登記好房間，進去一看，服務員大媽在我們房間沙發上休息，真的是無語了……和前幾天住的民宿真的是天壤之別。服務？酒店就前台一個人在，臉色讓我感覺如夏天進冰窖的效果，冷啊……遙控窗簾也是壞的還有一個大洞……酒店旁邊就是商業門面，基本無私密性可言，陽台對面就是商住樓或是公路。服務不好也許因為疫情人不多也無所謂這時候的客人吧？美哉天柱山，奇峯出奇雲！怪哉天鵝堡，服務真差勁！
