Poor service attitude, bad attitude of the old lady at the front desk, prejudice against foreigners. I also accused me of using the mobile app to book a room. I was also drunk. I suggest that the store close the online booking. The room facilities are terrible, the room still smells of rotten

前台老太太態度非常不好，耳朵聽不清，人還十分不善良，酒店設施很差，因為我帶着未成年人一起入住她威脅讓我早上八點退房，説會查，在前台我真是氣的。酒店價格挺低的，我之後説這裏那裡這裏不好，大家都可以説畢竟價格就在那裡，但是酒店作為服務行業，我不認為顧客是上帝，但是起碼的服務好好講話好好溝通要有的吧。交了十塊按金。我在上海一個不太好的賓館，設施也不好，但是老闆態度特別好，真的特好。看到下面評價也是説態度不好。我要早看到我就不會開。然後進來一股味，空調遙控器很破，空調剛開聲音特大，到處都很破。後來下來一個年輕的姐姐，終於溝通好了。房間特別暗。差評，我忍不住差評。
