Whole stay was amazing! I have to thank to whole team for the best experience with my first stay in Egypt. The staff were very kind and helpful! The food was delicious! The place is perfectly located! There is nothing to complain about! It was one of my best stays and will be definitely back soon! THANK YOU!

Nvt The service was good but not all of the personel was very kind. I must pay for fresh juice in the restaurant while everything is all inclusive. I talk to people in the waterpark and on the receptie they say to them that they must pay 40 euro for a daypart. That s not correct! You pay 40 euro for the time you are on holiday included eat and drinks.

Overall great experience. Great food, nice hotel, quite nice rooms (bathrooms could up the standard a bit) The best part was beach bar crew: Omar Mamhmoud And their friend (sorry that I don’t remember your name!) They made the whole stay superior! 🤩 Love You guys!

We had a great time in the best hotel. We're not first time here and we still enjoying our vacation. Service is so nice and food also in good level. Animation are so active and funny. A lot of parties and every day different show in the evening. Thanks a lot.

Great holiday. Few issues with accommodation which were rectified quickly. Friendly, pleasant staff, lovely facilities, nice food and plentiful fresh food and delicious drinks. Only issue was one very, very rude and pushy salesman trying to sell photos. Many people from entertainment team, spa team, quad bike safari, dive centre and photo studio try to speak to you to obtain business. Most are pleasant to talk to and actually fun to have a joke with, but one was particularly rude. Spa staff wonderful, especially the lovely Hossam who I was sad not to have a chance to say goodbye to. Dive centre fantastic, shout out to Justine and Mostafa. Bar and restaurant staff all so friendly and kind. Entertainment team were phenomenal. So funny and friendly. Shout out to Temmy and Karim! Beach is beautiful but it’s tricky to enter water from beach. There is a jetty with good steps down but again tricky to enter if there is a surface swell. None of these things were an issue but worth mentioning and might help someone. Overall a fabulous holiday for a family of 9 including three generations. Highly recommend ☺️
