I have been to Egypt three times and this holiday was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is amazing, clean and matches the description. The design of the hotel is really unconventional and for me very elegant. I am thrilled with the suites which feel very cozy and make you feel at home. There are many restaurants offering delicious cuisine. The access to the sea is also fantastic. The staff is friendly and professional. Right after arrival at 07:00 in the morning I had the opportunity to go to breakfast and then the room was ready. This is not standard and I appreciate it very much. At the same time, I was immediately greeted at the reception by a very nice lady Alex (Guest Relation), who takes care of the guests very professionally. Every time I met her she was very friendly and helpful. Such a staff member is like a gift. :) I will definitely be back next year because this hotel is absolutely top.

The best holiday, A lot of restaurants, swimming pools, heated pools, a beautiful beach with a coral reef, a lot of sports activities, excellent cuisine, evening programs and daytime programs, thanks for the great work of the animators. Beautiful hotel, accommodation and service, everything was at the level of 5 stars. Thank you very much to the wonderful staff for a wonderful holiday and we will go again next year.

The resort is great for families. Good services. The food is not bad but not super. Bathroom does not have enough light for girls to put make up on:) a lot of pools, bars, the beaches have lagunas, thus the waves are not big, showers on beach. We had garder superior room which was nice and big, large shower....Sataya reef for delphins - long trip and crowded there, but worth it.

I would highly recommend for family vacation because of aquapark, activities prepared by animation team and big variety of restaurants. Also I would like to mention acessibility to sea and bars near sea for quick hydration. But one thing that made me little bit angry was lack of english skill among some workers but maybe thats only me problem.

Time well enjoyed with the group. Place will be missed. Food very tasty. Beautiful sea with nice coral. Good drinks and luxurious room. A lot of room in beach so it’s not a problem to get space. It looks like mini city with bus coursing to most important places in hotel. Room with everyday cleaning with fresh water. Regards :))

We want to express our big satisfaction with this hotel, area, equipment and its staff. Especially our waiter, Omar Abd Naby was very kind, helpful and entertaining. Hotel rooms are clean. You can use double bikes for ride. You can use hotel mini bus to get to your favourite restaurant.

This resort is really good, and we will visit again for sure. So many good things. Amazing beach, reef for snorkelling or diving, many amazing swimming pools, Spa, aqua park, food in the restaurants - El Khan was our favourite. Great staff who are extremely helpful, and lots of extra activities with stretching in the morning on the beach or pools guided by the animator team members. Water polo, aerobics, yoga all for free :) You can choose to find one of many places to relax with drinks service. Evening entertainment is really good if you wish to partake, and special mention to the animation team who are super helpful and very welcoming. I could say much more, and sure I have forgotten to mention lots. Just go and have a great holiday!

I heard that this hotel is TOP 8 out of 10. I don’t know how other hotels are, but I would gladly say this is TOP 1. Huge area, many beaches to choose from. Lots of restaurants to choose from. The cuisine is always delicious. Special thanks to the staff. They don't work - they just live it. Here the lifeguard on the beach can bring you a cocktail, and the waiter can hand you a towel. I recommend this hotel and will definitely come back!
