Jaz Dar El Madina

First of all, I'd like to say that I was amazed when we arrived. Inside the hotel, the warmth of the staff who welcomed us was greater than the heat outside. The room we had was exceptional, with a view of the swimming pool, it was cleaned every day during our stay and the air conditioning did its job very well. The food that was served was always fresh and of a very high standard of quality, without any criticism of it. The food was always fresh and of a very high quality with no complaints. The restaurant staff were very helpful and if we had any requests they read our minds and came quickly with the products we wanted. The beach is beautiful. It was really good that I did a bit of exercise every day from the hotel to the beach. What else can I tell you, jazz music and concerts with excellent music were a delight to our ears on the terraces, served by a staff that was very attentive to us. Another thing I was very pleased with was the fact that although the hotel was full, there was never a crowd anywhere. In particular, I would like to thank the manager of the restaurant, and in fact the whole team that he heads, for the cake and the mini-show that I had on my birthday. You guys have been wonderful! The green space that surrounds everything here deserves a special mention. You can't believe it until you see it. There is an army of people, well done to them, who work every day to make everything look perfect and not to notice that the dessert is just a few hundred metres away. Finally, I would like to thank all the people who work there for the way we were treated, and last but not least the manager of the hotel, who is their conductor, but without whom the hotel could not have reached this level of performance. We are very much convinced that we will be "checking" your services once again next year. Once again, many thanks for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay at your hotel.

This is our second time at Jaz Dar El Madina and everything was as good as the last time. A lovely relaxing hotel with great food and fantastic helpful staff. Short walk to the beach with great snorkeling or laze by the pool. We did not want for anything! Will definitely be back.

Beautiful place, magical! It has a nice long and wide beach, close bars and beverage provider points. It's opening to a beautiful coral reef for diving, also with a view from a wooden deck. The hotel is very clean, in excelent condition and the staff affable, everyone was well trained and speaking english or german. The food was excelent and tasteful (no problem witb that!!!), in good variety. The restaurant was clean as well, the staff was very atenttive cleaning and fetching drinks all the time. Good entertainment show, very nice people:) We had such a good time that we are planing to go back next year for other great adventures and experiences. Greetings from us!

It was our first visit to Egypt and it was, in one word, amazing. Everything was perfect, especially the staff of your hotel. The waiter Ahmed Samir took care of us carefully, he paid attention to our son, made jokes and was always smiling and friendly. Also the food was excellent and despite the healthy diet we always had plenty of choice. We enjoyed it very much and are already looking forward to our next visit.

Great location near the airport with house reef for swimming, snorkelling and diving. Nice variety of food and drinks, exceptional staff and overall clean and well-maintained hotel. Internet can be improved but overall great holiday experience.

We had a special vacation in this hotel. We felt immediately very welcome. Every staff member was so nice and helpfull to us. The rooms were clean and the beds slept wonderfully. They really took great care of my lactose and milk allergy at every meal and even I could choose a lot every time. We had the 50 years anniversary of our parents there and all staff from reception, restaurant, terrace and housekeeping were so helpfull and full of surprises for them. They made our stay very special!
