Hotels near Hampshire Falls and Caves (Pwe Kauk) in Pyin Oo Lwin

We can't really find cons to this hotel. Amenities are a little bit old fashion but at the end you really have all what you need. We came here again on our way back from Lashio. And to have some rest we have extended several time our stay. Pros: - room are big and clean - comfortable bed - shower with plenty of hot water - fastest wifi we ever had in Myanmar - they can arrange bus taxi or train - professional and discreet staff - breakfast buffet - you can rent motorbike at Andrew motorbike rental 100m far from the hotel The only cons we have would be - In 3 nights we got a half day of Internet outage - A little bit pricey regarding other hostels but there you are sure to have all the amenities that a traveler requires and they work ! - Few decorations in the rooms and common areas

I have stayed 3 times in Aureum Palace Resorts in beautiful Maymyo , Fantastic luxury architect which shown this hotel also perfectly designed for luxury accommodations and obviously value for money If you are in the mountains region mostly you are looking for a good accommodation, clean room, nice decorations, beautiful landscape, this hotel have this all the things, even the hotel room needs to be refurbished but still they maintained well , Staff are cheerful always ready to help if we are talking about services Myanmar staff are they are really good for impressions, only Management need to brush the knowledge about the services. Breakfast can be improved but you have a simple decent breakfast, I was wondering hotels owned the biggest orange garden at Maymyo but in the hotel breakfast we cannot see ay orange, My opinion like this orange definitely adds the hotel values. as most of them are not very rush in the breakfast as everyone's going for leisure, even hotel have big local groups all rooms are bungalow type even have big crowed in the hotel cannot see that how hotel designs . just few walk Hotel Owned beautiful Governor house and able to visit to that bungalows, very attractive. only weakness I've seen hotel need a good refurbishment as a property is the most exclusive and brush and training the staff it will bring the property to high standards.

Checking in Everyone seems to be busy for nothing or as they pretend to be for such a small boutique property. The stuffs were not tech-savy and; uncertain of how to approach about a good warm welcome. Didn't offered me the welcome drink, with an excuse that they don't have it anymore. F&B Horrible and atrocious f&b team, made me wait there for I hour with no attendance for service nor even greeting or directing me to a seat, stuffs were busy attending other inconsequential guest whom they were preoccupied cajolin! and fawning over whom they assume to be affuent and wealthy. Definitely there's a double standard for service, thee only give good service to whom they perceive worthy. The bar opens at 4 but there were no staffs at 6, was willing to spend my money since I was on holiday mood , only to be ruined by disservice of ineptitude when they cant offer dot of the readily available menu. Customer Relation management I stormed up to complain about the terrible service, FOM made the horrible mistake by following up with a free drink and BBQ , thinking I would want services for free, they couldn't guarantee that mistake would not happen again anc straight away compansate someone with a condescending approach, i dont want their money. I had to eat outside for a better service and to ensure that I would not be mortified by little details. No transport was provided for the inconvenience of eating outside , for the better service that they cant guarantee. Management team started knowing on my door incessantly to the point that I was stressed out, all other department came and apologized except for the f&b team I'm a travel vloger with more than 2000 reviews for travel video on Youtube for an eminent company, been frequenting to hotels like Marriott Ritz Carlton, four season, Hilton , Wyndham, shangri-la and the accor group (sofitel , Novotel, swissotel) never was i disrespected with such insolence. They never arrange for my subsequent stay when I say I will be moving out without staying them for the night , I had to make my own reservation at a better hotel where I will be happy spending my money, no transport no compensation or whatsoever! The reason people chose boutique hotel over 5 star is because we think we might get a fast and efficient service with the warmth oftogetherness in a small hotel. But no this hotel proves everything wrong, they are not of world standard and wil never be. I ,conisseur of hospitality, am against this type of establishment flouting standard and I will keep on writing reviews for the awareness of other people. I have repute on other sites like agoda and booking.com and will be review them for good, please avoid this hotel at all cost. They will take you money only to put u in misery

The hotel is new and clean, the beds are comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a bit average. Overall, I think this is a great hotel. The staff will do their best to provide quality service so that you can have a pleasant stay in Mandalay. Will definitely come again. By the way, they also serve halal food here :)

First thing what we seen when we came to hotel was that they wrote my name on a board that they are waiting for us :) We are travelling a lot and it was nice to see this! :) Second thing is that we are on our honeymoon at the moment and they made our room super nice :))) I always have many questions and they helped me to answer all of it! I mean... Guys, thank you for very good first impression of Myanmar! It is very important :) By the way, food was good as well! Thank you for everything and for everyone - just stay here, you will be in a good hands :)

I only stayed 1 night at this hotel but it’s absolutely wonderful. Unlike most hotels in SE Asia the beds here are so comfortable and not rock hard. The shower was great, the water is hot and the pressure is perfect. Breakfast is 5/5 because there’s such a wonderful variety. They had fresh pastries and an actual omelette station. Another highlight of this hotel is the rooftop. There’s an infinity pool and a bar. It was nice to NOT have to scream across the table to chat with my fiancé because the atmosphere/ambiance is perfect. Nice light music and a very chill place to be. I highly recommend this hotel.

Look at the hotel's appearance is very general, the hotel room is generally small and medium, the location is in the city center, to surprise me is the bar on the roof, sitting on the top floor, blowing the breeze, eating dinner, very beautiful. Breakfast is also very medium, I suggest you go early, usually after 8 o'clock, breakfast is basically nothing. There will be Chinese staff at the front desk, so you don't have to be afraid of not speaking Chinese. It is ok to clean the tip or help with the baggage of 1000 Myanmar dollars. I want to eat special Burmese or Chinese dishes. There are many electric tricycles at the door. You can provide the detailed address to the tricycle driver. The price is as close as 1000 Myanmar dollars, and the farther 2500 Myanmar coins are almost the same. It is just a few streets away. It is best to ask the driver how much before getting on the bus. If you want to eat fruit, you can ask the tricycle driver to buy fruit, and you will bring four fruit wholesale stores (similar). The first one is close to the street. Don’t buy it because the boss will speak Chinese, and the fruit will be sold. It won't be Chinese, but fruit can be bargained and much cheaper than the first one. Little durian is my favorite. I want to pack the durian back to the hotel. Remember to put the durian meat in the box and wrap it in plastic wrap to enter the hotel. Remember to bring the whole durian into the hotel.

The service was very good and the rooms were quite big and new. There were 6 of us who booked three rooms. One of the rooms had poor hot water, but it was fixed after repairs. The breakfast is rich and varied, and you can eat the same thing every three days. recommend.

The hotel was used for a long business trip. The hotel has a sky bar where you can enjoy a beer while watching the sunset. There are many Chinese short-term tourists on the weekends, so the breakfast is distracting and complicated, but the friendly staff took care of me to eat without any inconvenience. The location is a little far from the city but not bad. I stayed there for the length of my business trip, staying longer than planned. Recommended hotel.

The hotel is quite new! The room is quite spacious! Health is very good! Service is also OK! There is a gym and a semi-outdoor pool on the top floor! the most important is! ! Can overlook the entire Mandalay! !太赞啦 Refills (*^▽^*)
