Excellent location and service. It was perfect for our multi-generational family, providing a truly hassle-free 5-star experience. We received a room upgrade, and the views from our room were stunning. The package deal offered excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

This is truly one of the best hotels in Putian. The service is professional and the facilities are upscale, definitely living up to the Shangri-La standard. Plus, there's a small lake behind the hotel, which is lovely for a walk or a jog.

A truly excellent experience! The five-star service was absolutely impeccable. Just a note: swim caps are required at the pool. It would be great if disposable ones could be provided. Upon check-out, they even gave my child an adorable 'Zhuangyuan' (top scholar) themed water cup – it truly lives up to its reputation as the 'Hometown of Zhuangyuan'!

The view from the window was pleasant, but the major problem was an overwhelmingly strong musty smell in the room. This was consistent across all three rooms we booked. During humid seasons, they absolutely need to enhance their dehumidification to keep the indoors dry. Given that Shangri-La is the most expensive hotel in Putian, even surpassing the newly opened Crowne Plaza in price, this level of mustiness is truly unacceptable. Furthermore, I provided feedback, but no one ever contacted me about it.

We were extremely happy with the room. The view, showcasing Qiaoxi Park's ancient bridge, a serene stream, and a wide stretch of vibrant green landscape, was absolutely wonderful! The room itself was very spacious and came fully equipped, with all amenities being in excellent condition.

We were upgraded to a room, and the view was fantastic. Compared to other Shangri-La properties, this one offers excellent value for money.

The hotel is nestled right in the park, boasting an upscale and elegant ambiance. It overlooks an ancient bridge and a clear river, with egrets gracefully soaring by. The service was exceptional. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

After returning from Meizhou Island, we saw Shangri-La recommended on Ctrip and made a beeline for it. The lobby decor, as always, exuded the classic Shangri-La style. The concierge service was excellent, and the breakfast spread was plentiful, though I wasn't quite accustomed to the taste of Yan Jiao (a type of wonton made with pork skin, if I recall correctly). The ancient bridge right next door was also a picturesque sight. A special mention goes to Tina, who was incredibly warm and enthusiastic. She gave us fantastic recommendations for local dining and attractions. When arranging our room, she noticed we had children and thoughtfully sent up kids' slippers and toothbrushes. The welcome fruit was also pre-arranged, featuring a large, fresh bunch of grapes and two wonderfully juicy and tender pears. Her service was truly attentive and personalized. We were only passing through Putian on our way back from Meizhou Island this time, but we unexpectedly discovered that Putian is definitely worth revisiting! Next time, we'll plan a dedicated trip here and will absolutely stay at the Shangri-La again. We really hope to see Tina again then! 😘😘

The location is super convenient. It's not far from Shouxu Park, perfect for a stroll or bike ride. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, and it's a quick taxi ride to the old town for local snacks. The room was genuinely spacious and bright; even for the type I booked, it felt very roomy. The bed was plush, and the pillow height was just right, ensuring a truly deep sleep. The bathroom had excellent wet/dry separation, and hot water was instant. The toiletries were Shangri-La's own brand, with a refreshing scent, and felt lovely to use. Drawing back the curtains revealed a decent city view, and the sunlight streaming in during the day made the room warm and inviting. Service was impeccable; every staff member, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, was incredibly polite. During check-in, the lady at the front desk had a sweet smile and even proactively offered a late check-out (which I didn't end up needing, but it was a very thoughtful gesture). Breakfast offered a rich variety. You absolutely must try the local Putian braised noodles (Lu Mian) and wonton-like dumplings (Bian Shi); the Lu Mian, in particular, had a truly authentic flavor, even better than some small local eateries! Western options like bread, bacon, and yogurt were also available. All ingredients were fresh, and I left feeling very full and satisfied. The restaurant environment was clean, and the staff were very diligent in clearing plates, so you never had to wait. The hotel also features a swimming pool and a gym. The pool water was very clean and the temperature was just right – kids would definitely love it if you're traveling with family. The gym was well-equipped, making it convenient if you wanted to get a workout in. Additionally, there are hot springs nearby, perfect for a relaxing soak. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. Whether you're visiting Putian for leisure or business, this hotel is a perfect choice. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip!

Book room with river view. It is worth it. There is a nice park next to it. I will stay there again.

The place was very clean and well-maintained, and the facilities were new. A really thoughtful touch was the swimsuit dryer available in the pool area. With a shopping mall close by, dining options were incredibly convenient. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay.

Consistent with the Shangri-La brand, our room directly overlooked the park, offering fantastic views. The gym was superb! While the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, everything offered was delicious. Jiuhua Plaza is just across the street, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient.

The hotel is situated right next to a large park. Parking is very convenient, with both surface and underground options available. The underground car park even has dedicated elevators that take you straight up to the lobby and restaurant floors. The staff were all incredibly courteous, and check-in was a breeze. When we checked out, the bellhop even came to our room to collect our luggage, took it down to the underground garage, and helped us load it into the car. The room amenities were excellent; the bed was spacious, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom featured a very modern and thoughtfully designed layout. One entire wall of the room was a floor-to-ceiling window, offering unobstructed, panoramic views of the park and river. We could even watch tour boats gracefully navigating the river. What was truly surprising was that the riverbanks were lined with lychee trees, and we could clearly see the vibrant red local lychee varieties. Diagonally opposite the lobby, there's a huge shopping center that becomes quite lively in the evenings. We had lunch at the Chinese restaurant on the first floor on the day we arrived. The dishes were exquisite – truly a feast for the eyes, nose, and palate. Highly recommended! Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was equally delicious.

The room was spotless, and the high hygiene standards, typical of a branded star hotel, were very reassuring. From the doorman to the front desk and housekeeping staff, everyone provided excellent service and was very professional and attentive. The only slight inconvenience was that the room had a large bed and a big sofa, and I ended up sleeping on the sofa, but it wasn't a big issue. Shouxi Park is right outside the window, offering a beautiful view. Overall, this hotel is excellent.
