C&D Hotel, Putian

Great hotel! The front desk helped us upgrade to a landscape view room, and we could see that the building was nestled among green trees and jungles. There are many drinks available for free in the lobby bar, especially freshly ground coffee, which is very satisfying. The room is large and the layout is cozy. The breakfast is rich in variety, the restaurant has an excellent view, and the restaurant waiter Li Chen is enthusiastic and friendly. He allows us to choose many Putian specialties and delivers them to the table. The flat food and handmade pan-fried buns taste good😋

It was my first time to come to Putian and I booked Putian Yuehua Hotel! The hotel environment is very good! The bedding in the room is quite comfortable! The service attitude is warm and polite! The hotel has a gym, welcome tea, coffee, and cold drinks! Nina, the lobby manager, called back for a visit and the service was very attentive!

The facilities are aging badly, the restaurant has a peculiar smell, the management of front-line employees is chaotic, and the service attitude of the middle-level staff is okay. I won’t patronize it again next time I go back to Putian.

There is such a large scale, such a grand lobby, but the room smells heavy, the air conditioner is noisy, the underground garage is dilapidated, and there are bursts of musty smell, like an old hotel, not as good as a brand chain hotel, I don't understand how high it is How did the ratings come about! It is understandable to ask customers to give five-star praise; it is a bit too much to ask customers to lie; I left the store on the morning of the 17th and did not return my deposit for the hotel on the 19th, which can be understood as a work mistake and I can tolerate it; I am the Guest Relations Director of Putian C&D Hotel ***" and the person with the WeChat name "sleepy again" is urging me to ask for it. I am actually contrary to the friendliness when I asked for a five-star review. If you don't return it to me, it will be too much; On the evening of 20, Ctrip intervened to help me ask for it, but even lied, insisting that I had returned the deposit and would not be on the road. There is no proof, I provided the deposit payment proof to Ctrip, and asked the hotel to show the refund proof. *** actually took a tactic and promised to give the proof the next morning, but actually paid me after communicating with Ctrip. On the second day, I even tried to block the date with my finger to issue a refund certificate, which is a matter of character. Later, the hotel dealt with it, and it was fine after thinking about it. As a result, on the 28th today, the party *** didn't even apologize (picture 3 is the last conversation), so I added this review.

There is one thing to say, the room service and main building hardware of this hotel can be regarded as the ceiling level in Putian, but! The service quality of the restaurant is disgusting, everyone has a poker face, and they can’t speak when asked. I especially complained to the aunt who cooks noodles in the restaurant. It’s a blessing for you to cook for you. The face is so stinky! Hope to improve!
