Aircon ok.. room as per rating. Not clean. Breakfast very good. Reception friendly. But chk out is 7am strict too early..lost one sunrise and seabathing opportunity. Close to the happening beach area. Not much beach view. Internet speed ok. Can get tuktuk to anywhere from . Can walk to beach 100 meters

We booked our hotel at Puri on MakeMyTrip online. Our room was a Family Suite Four-Bed room on the first floor, which is accessible by lift. The first appearance of the room was clean and spacious, having an aesthetic appeal. The furniture, although old, was well maintained and free from any bugs. Hotel Pushpa is within walking distance from the sea beach, and ***y good Bengali restaurants are nearby. The TV, AC, geyser, and mini fridge in our room were all in working condition. Although the room has two windows, it was difficult to open them. As such, the room is not well ventilated; you need to keep the AC on to avoid suffocation. The washroom was decent, but need to be careful when working with soap and water on the slippery tiles fitted in the bathroom. The entire stay was without any external disturbances. The puja panda in the hotel is very helpful, and his service was beyond my expectations. The driver provided for our tour package was very friendly, and he made all adjustments to suit our customized requirements. The behavior of the hotel staff was friendly and professional, and they attended to all our requests without any delay. Overall, a pleasant stay at Hotel Pushpa, Puri, and a recommended family hotel in Puri.

If you value your hard earned money, don't go here. Rooms aren't lit properly it's dark and dingy. The rooms aren't clean, the bedsheet had stains which even after asking to change wasn't done. The floor was sticky and the carpet looked like it had never been cleaned. The balcony was filled with bird****. The geyser didn't work and the bathroom water had a distinct yellow hue. The toilet faucet continually leaked. The bottle of water kept wasn't even sealed, it was filled with tap water. Food was okayish. The only redeeming factor for the hotel was the car service that they provided. Cars were in good condition with good drivers. I'm never returning there and suggest you don't go either.

We booked the AC Superior with Balcony side Sea View with Free Breakfast rooms from Goibibo. I am disappointed with the room size. AC was working in good condition. Have a basic bed, sofa, side tables and mirror. Washroom was clean but lacks basic amenities(1Re shampoo and 2 small soaps). Washroom needs more maintenance. Balcony was small and dirty due to pigeons. Lift was working. Early checkin provided with no extra cost. Hotel panda is very helpful and good person. Hotel is 2 Min walking distance from Sea. Veg Buffet Breakfast was good with limited options like idli , puri and poha. We only ordered Fresh lime soda from the restaurant which took ages to come despite very low footfall. Better not to order anything from the restaurant. Over all so so stay and better to avoid.

We had been to this hotel earlier. I choose it again this time for their services. Coincidentally, we have been offered the same room 409 on the the 3rd floor. The floor has a common roof which offers great view of the Bay of Bengal. We used it also for drying our clothes after sea bath! Rooms are nice and cosy. As the hotel is little bit inside, there are no direct sea-view rooms. Mine offered little view from the back side balcony. But who cares? If we are at Puri, we should spend more time in the sea itself. Bathrooms are clean. Staff are very supportive. Reception staff were also very cooperative.
