Staff was a hit or miss. They were either nice or rude (simply didn’t want to be there attitude). Property needs updating since it looks a bit older. Probably won’t be returning.

Front end desk employee Ana was extremely rude. Ana would not let me finish speaking before assuming what I needed. She didn’t proceeded to snatch my phone out of my hand and hand it to another employee until the employee explain it to me. Crazy and disrespectful situation.
On another day during our 10 day visit. We experienced discrimination and preferential treatment when our party of three arrived to get a table and we’re told no more tables were available, then watched other people get tables. I followed up and was able to get a table, then while dining was harassed and verbally disrespected by the door man Juanito Vivebien at the Habachi restaurant. Other than that other staff was very happy, pleasant and helpful. Ana and Juanito are very disrespectful and discriminatory.

Everything one could expect for an all-inclusive. Beautiful beaches, and food experience is good as long as you get to there early.

All was good except the rooms which way too small for a couple and we were a family of five. Entertainment was great best we have ever seen so was the waterpark

Rooms are a little outdated the bed was not comfortable.

I loved the experience all inclusive. The staff were very friendly and, at all facilities, they expressed happiness. The negative point was the quality of the meals of the main restaurants, especially for lunch and dinner. Despite of being available for a reasonable period, the quality of the food was not very good if you arrived at end of the lunch or dinner time
