Hotel overlooks Lake Titicaca...and city of Puno. Beautiful view from our hotelroom. Staff very accomadating , friendly and deliver exceptional service. Fabulous restaurant, with an incredible view, massive fireplace that created a lovely ambiance for our dinners with an excellent menu both for dinner and breakfast buffet. A shoutout to our server "Juan" who was very knowledgeable, professional and extremely attentive. Its located away from center and you will need a taxi to reach Plaza de Armas. We were there to visit Uros and the floating islands &Taquile Island.

People @ lobby were friendly n courteous n welcomed us with welcome drinks. The room was superb. Didn’t have to wait for hot water n was powerful. The breakfast n dinner selection is superb, but the waiters for breakfast were slow alil. Dinner waiters were excellent.

Such an amazing stay at the cozy Jose Antonio Hotel. The hotel is located some km away from the city but is easy to reach by taxi. The restaurant has a pleasant view of the lake and even though I had to wait more than I expected for the food, the personal was at all time kind and the dinner so satisfying. The room was clean and comfortable enough to rest. I had some difficulties to reach the airport and Patty from reception was extremendly patient and helpful to efficiently solve the problems and give some useful information and advice to enjoy my stay in Peru. Definitely a place to recommend!

I think we were the first quests after a long closure resulting from Covid and local unrest. It didn't show. This is a wonderful hotel - beautifully appointed in both the ***** areas and the rooms, and with magnificent views over Lake Titicaca. The staff were great and the food delicious.

The would be an upscale hotel by any standards. The bar, restaurant and most of the rooms have a beautiful view of the lake. It is quite isolated from Puno and there is nothing within walking distance of the hotel so take from town whatever you need for your stay. There isn't much to see or do in Puno so we were happy with our stay in the beautiful hotel with a view. The rooms are quite large and comfortable. It was nice to have some real luxury toward the end of our trip to Peru.

I stayed at this hotel recently and it was clean, the food was delicious, and the views are beautiful. Also, the service was excellent. I would sincerely recommend this hotel for your stay, it has everything you need.

We loved our 4 nights at this gorgeous hotel. The nightly sunsets over the Lake --whether from our picture window in our room, the hotel lobby, or from the dock adjacent to the hotel --were magical. The restaurant was similarly pleasant and had a beautiful huge copper adorned fireplace adding to the atmosphere. Rooms were very nice and the food was good. To visit the floating islands (Uros) and Taquile Island, we only had to walk out to the dock to meet our boat. I highly recommend this lovely hotel.

I stayed here in October 2022 and it was amazing. When I walked off the elevator into the lobby and saw the view, I knew I made the right choice. We stayed in the corner suite and it was worth the price. The people who work here are also very professional and nice. We enjoyed the restaurant and the service was terrific. Especially when Fermin took care of us. He is so pleasant and nice. The private dock is also wonderful so you don't have to go all the way to the Puno port.

I had a wonderful stay for 4 nights. The staff was beyond amazing. Every day we would wake up to Eduardo, Lucio, and Elsa there to provide us with excellent service for breakfast and every night they were there until the restaurant closed to provide excellent dinner and bar service. I could not ask for better service from the restaurant staff. Thank you Eduardo, Lucio, and Elsa!
