I had stayed ***y times here .and it always gives me a satisfying and relaxing comfort. Reception staff is very helpful and professional. The food taste is also good . Rooms were properly sanitized .all the measures were in place from contactless check In to contact less check out .and specially thanks to Ms. Arya from Reception for the efforts being made to make our stay fantastic .thank you all for great services.i would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends circle .and will look forward to visit again

There are many kinds of breakfast, the food is very fresh, located near the airport, a little farther away from the city, you can take a tuk tuk ride and experience the crowdedness of India. The hotel can call a taxi, but the price is more than twice the price.

The food served at Piramisa is really delicious. The entire staff is very courteous, kind and extremely helpful. Especially A*** and Haridas, who ensured that we had a fabulous dining experience. My only feedback is to extend the breakfast timing till 11 so that we don't need to wake up so early during our vacation :P

brekafast good, food good, location good, but one reception not helpful asked three questions. a) can i have an extra key, answer i can' help. b) can you call a taxi for me, answer i can't help. c) can you make a restaurant reservation, answer i can't help. basically they do not want to help at all at the front counter. behavior of young reception , not interested to resolve customers needs.

It's a decent hotel. They call themselves a business 4 star but it lacks in certain places. For example the bathroom sink is clogged. Stains on the marble. The highlight was the view from the room. Overall it's a decent hotel. Also, they only give 2 small bottles of water complimentary in the room. You atleast expect two 1 litre bottles to be given complimentary.
