Good budget hotel in very nice and central locality.Efficient and Co operative staff.quick service.clean rooms. Hotel has Good restaurent.nice food.but scope to have few amenities like coffee maker etc

The experience is extremely bad. Our stay period is 28 to 29 oct. Room no 108 The rate charged to us was 2912 including breakfast and GST When they say breakfast is included they have charged separately for omlette which was not informed while booking They have never produced an bill at the end so not sure whether they are really paying GST Rooms are very average. TV was not working. They have replaced it, but place it somewhere on teapoy. Glasses in bathroom are broken, it was told to us that it will b replaced post our stay, what is existing customers will get from that Curtains are not covering the entire window which leave the privacy of the guest Toilet is very old. Commode are not maintained Room size is big but not maintained lot of mosquito and cockroach in the room Lot of unused stuff is kept in the floor, this gives uncleanness feeling Ground level staff is good but middle level or front office and senior ***agement staff don't take any care, no communication with guest as what they need. Sr ***agement staff don't make eye to eye contact with guest . Very bad stay experience

After paying the full amount for a week stay we could not stay there. Filthy rooms, stinking environment and terrible front desk. Booking was through Makemytrip and they also refused to refund any money. Felt really cheated. Simply avoid.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful - the front desk is always ***ned and extremely responsive to any requests. The room fitting are comfortable - the wifi is excellent and does not drop. Only request that the working desks is made better and broader so that working on laptops is easy. Lastly if something can be done on plug points that would help attach non Indian plugs would be helpful. Else its a very good place and at a very convenient location

We were looking for a family friendly stay near to kothrud and came across Raviraj, this was by far the best one.
They gave us a bigger room so that kids can have space while we are in the room.
Even though we checked in early 10:00am, they welcomed and immediately accommodated us, even accepted the request to serve the brake fast 😊, everyone was so friendly and welcoming in the hotel.
If you are planing to stay do try out the breakfast, even though it’s paid but very minimum charge for the service and food you will be having.
