Sari Pacifica Resort & Spa Redang Island

Everything was dirty when we got there, and the room full of mosquitoes. The door of the balcony doesn't close properly so there can come insects inside. There is an empty artificial lake with stagnant water. The main pool is correct. It's a pity because the place is beautiful, but it's not well maintained.

Room dirty, service from receptionist out. Food for breakfast limited. Service from manager also out. Totally dissatisfied.

It is a very great location with beautiful beach that clean soft and white sand. The Resort is well spaced but run down currently awaiting big overhaul fix up as property is just been sold. It was really good before Covid where rooms were clean every single day- it is different this year I guessed due to run down over the years and Covid effects uncertainty till it is just been sold now. I look forward to the new management with great improvements on the rooms and facilities of this beautiful resort at the best perfect location

Wifi is not available but also it does not getting reception (hotlink), so we were bit worried if we could not use internet during staying this island.(We could get the reception other hotel area on long beach. ) Not cleanened the bathroom especially bathtub side. Good thing is pool and the pool side area infront of beach. They provided beach towels.

The location is amazing but the hotel is horrible.the rooms are big but very old and outdated and smell very bad especially the bathroom sometimes no have water. There is no WIFI no TV.the breakfast is very poor and the restaurant is not clean.

Bad cleanliness..bad facilities & hospitality

It has the quality and service level of a cheap budget hotel. If that is your expectation then fine but do not expect anything more.
