Lantana Resort Hotel&Apartments

We had a garden floor 2 bed apartment with sofa bed in the living area, and a kitchen and patio. Room was spacious, nicely decorated and very clean. The grounds were immaculate. The pool was clean, not that busy, I think twice a week they do a pool party with inflatables - all the family enjoyed this, not too crazy or noisy just fun. Our parents stayed in the hotel - a basic comfortable double room with balcony. They ate in the restaurant every day for breakfast and twice for dinner, we had 2 breakfasts and 1 dinner - all food was good. The staff were all fantastic. We didnt get involved in any of the evening activities - the hotel was quiet throughout the night. The shuttle to the beach was easy enough, we often forgot to book but managed to get a ride within 20 minutes. We walked to the beach a few times too - 20 min walk. The bars and restaurants around the nearest beach were excellent. In the opposite direction of the hotel is the town of Pula, approx 15 min walk (you can also hire scooters which we did ) The town was a wonderful surprise to us, lots of bars and restaurants, quaint town centre, quiet by day lively but not crazy at night. We did not have a bad meal in Pula - the food was incredible. It was a great holiday! We had travelled around italy for a week before we arrived so we were glad to rest and relax in this peaceful hotel, however our teens were getting a little bored by the end due to lack of teen activities and not many other teens at the hotel, our youngest could have played in the pool forever though!The hotel does have mini golf and a very small play area. They also have a spa area where we enjoyed massages. There were a mixture of nationalities and holiday types - families and couples. Highly recommend this hotel for a quiet relaxing holiday.

I had a fantastic time at the Lantana resort. The atmosphere was relaxed and respectful. The place appeared to be suitable for families. Initially, seeing the beautiful photos of the resort, I assumed they were photoshopped/enhanced, but the resort looks exactly as the photos show- it is vibrant and breathtaking. The resort was located close to the beach and a local town. I enjoyed cycling to those locations. The biggest impression to me was left by the people working at the resort. They were incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. They made me feel welcomed and at ease. Wonderful people.

We have just arrived back from a week stay in a hotel room at Lantana Resort, Pula and can honestly say it was one of the best holidays we have had The hotel has a real family run feel and is in an immaculate condition The outside area generally, but especially the pool are so well kept. If you have a family there is a small play area with table tennis and a poolside toilet/changing room which was very handy The pool has a shallow area for children which our kids loved, it is still ok for them to swim in and not too shallow Across the street is a larger park area The room was a good size, with a very decent size built in wardrobe. The air con worked very well and the bathroom area was clean and spacious The shower was also very nice with good water pressure and temperature The room had a seating area on a small terrace overlooking the pool area which was nice to sit out on, but also useful for drying swimming clothes There is a useful sized fridge in the room and a sky satellite TV, although no English channels for the kids, but not a problem when the pool area was so much fun for them One of the highlights of this hotel was the food. It was excellent quality all week. We were half board and found the food to be of restaurant quality A 4 course dinner was served each night, a starter, pasta dish, main and desert. There was a fish and meat option each night Water and bread on the table included in the half board Drinks were extra with a beer/wine around the €5 mark A buffet breakfast had good options and came with coffee/tea/juice/water The hotel is about a 15/20min walk to Nora beach, which was very nice. The hotel do provide a shuttle service in a small 7-seater car. This happens at 4 or 5 set times a day. We used it twice and it was really handy for us as we didn’t have car hire Walking into the lovely town of Pula took about 10 mins. There are good shops, restaurants and Gelato We can honestly say this hotel was exceptional. Comparable to 5 star hotels we have stayed in but with a smaller, more private feel than some of the large resorts elsewhere We would definitely like to return

We're a family of 4 and spent a week at Lantana in a one bedroom apartment with terrace. The accommodation was perfect. Really roomy in lounge (even when beds were pulled out). The air con worked well and shower pressure was great. The terrace was really big with seating and shade if needed. The hotel staff and grounds were both excellent, as was the pool and facilities for children. We have a 5 and 6 year old who when they weren't in the pool, loved playing in the park and mini golf. Holidaying with children sometimes doesn't feel like a holiday but we can honestly say we came back rested! The configuration of the pool and loungers meant we could sun bathe whilst keeping an eye on the small people in the shallow end and at the park and golf, they made friends and watching them all play together was just wonderful! We alternated between eating on our terrace or eating in the hotel restaurant. Again, staff and food were excellent, if anything lunch was probably our least favourite. The menu is fairly limited, but it's perfect if you just want a quick bite to eat and a rest from the sun! The staff on reception were very helpful, they ordered us taxis when required, and we made use of the free shuttle to the beach and back. We're sad to be home but have wonderful memories. Excellent experience as usual. We stayed in the one bed apartments and have been returning here for many years. The hotel grounds are always beautiful and the hotel is so well maintained and so clean. The staff are wonderful, so helpful before and during our stay. Great value, and we relax as soon as we arrive.

Comfortable sprawling property that wraps around nice pool area. Beautiful beach nearby.
