Hacienda Buenaventura Hotel & Mexican Charm - All Inclusive

I am Robert Leet. I am the one that booked this hotel for my wife, I, and our frends. I love staying at you hotel and I wanted my friend see what it was all about. Fun was had by all. Keep up the good work.

No water bottle provided, location and food is good and little cleanest is required for rooms

Clean room and well maintained. Staff takes care of property well. Swimming pool is well maintained. Food is good, however lacks variety for vegetarians/ vegans. Not a right place to stay if you have kids as dinner reservations with kids are not allowed

The room didn’t have WiFi; our AC didn’t work and someone came to fix but it didn’t work. They offered a new room but since we were a family of 5 and we had to be close to the other room where the kids stayed we didn’t move. The FOOD was horrible: honestly I never give bad comments anywhere unless it is REALLY BAD. The coke was mixed with water; the pinacolada or other drinks didn’t taste good at all. The pool was very warm but got really dirty by afternoon. I will NEVER come back here. WASTE OF MONEY. The car parking was outside in the busy street; the bathrooms didn’t have fan; the bathroom sink faucet was loose and the water would not be opened until you turned it two full circles. My wife and I tried to be positive but it just bothered us so much that we spent $6,000 for a week long stay but the last couple of days we went outside to eat. Maybe the food was ok for the 90% of the guests who looked Mexican to me, but for us coming from America it was terrible. I wish I could recommend the place as some of the staff were very nice but I we didn’t come for a good staff but a good resort.

The staff needs to improve the way they treat the customers, suggestions for the hotel please add signs with the time that snack bar, pool, the bar for the alcohol drinks is open-closed, and remember that customers go to the hotel to have a great time since that they are spending they money.
