Rooms good, well equipped, easy to get to, nice pool, excellent receptionist [Jhon] who when out of his way to make us welcome, got us into rooms even though we were really early and when at the pool kept the drinks flowing. Pool area nice and clean, rooms clean. There were things that would have a British Local Authority Inspector having the place closed down for... but that's Colombia for you, it's part of the charm. Other than Jhon the rest of the staff really need to take some lessons in Customer Service Excellence, or even just a smile, making guests feel welcome rather than a burden. Breakfast was meh, evening meal an embarrassment to Colombian cuisine. Would go again but eat evening meal elsewhere.
