We booked this place because it had a restaurant with the knowledge it was far from places to eat, upon arrival we learned restaurant is closed because cooks day off, we were told a 30 minute ride to places to eat which Is how far we traveled from airport, getting rides we very tuff so now we stuck in a place with no way to eat, 1 hour later we checked out, as our new booking hotel ride was sitting there waiting to Pic us up thy then offered to call a cook to come,that was something that should had been offered a hour ago when we complained about noway to eat, trip.com and the hotel both refused to return our money even though we were scammed on staying there, again because thy advertised a restaurant that was closed, it should have been listed that it was closed on certain days, DO NOT BOOK HERE, THE OWNER SCAMMED US AND WOULD NOT DO THE RIGHT THING AND RETURN OUR MONEY,

The front desk officer is approachable even the lady who assisted us in our breakfast. Also, you can enjoy the swimming pool until 11pm and it's fully aircondition room.

the food served were delicious, the place is nice . its just that theres no slippers available inside the room but the staff shes kind enough to lend hers. Theres a lot of mosquitos inside the room i could not sleep because i worry about getting dengue. the headboard is dusty. good thing their staff were really nice i hope theyll improve more esp the aspect of mosquitos getting inside the room

The service is excellent especially the front desk. They are attentive for our needs, very approachable, helpful, no troubles and peaceful place. Thank you for accommodating us.

The place was good even we had some issue with the free breakfast but it was resolved quickly

The distance from the city center was too far, so I gave up my deposit and stayed for 5 nights at a hotel in the city center.

It is located far from the center. There are no shops nearby. It was possible to buy food in the hotel, but they did not offer it to us right away, and offered it later, after we could not find a shop. There is no kettle in the room, but there is a cooler with hot water in the hall.

We stayed at Dinah’s Tourist Inn in Puerto Princesa City for a grand family reunion. Room prices were very reasonable and the staff, super-friendly and went out of their way to make guests comfortable. Their pool area in the courtyard is a nice place to relax and unwind. Their events place seats a lot of people comfortably with a nice buffet area and sound system was reliable. The bathrooms were nice and clean although sometimes water pressure is on the low side but never interrupted. It is close to the city center and most eating places were a tricycle ride away. You cannot find a better deal. I will definitely come-back, come-back!😀

Our family celebrated a reunion in Puerto Princesa and we used Dinah’s Tourist Inn for our lodging and event party. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the staff were hospitable and attentive to our needs. A pool is available for relaxing in the quiet neighborhood where the inn is located.
