The worst hotel ever!!!

We were disappointed even before arriving when finding out that they do not offer an airport shuttle despite both ******* and the resort's Instagram saying they do. The resort was a good size and we enjoyed having our own pool and bar as part of the Adults Only expereince, but there were a few things that made our stay not as enjoyable as we hoped. The wifi would keep disconnecting and when it was conected it was weak. The buffet food was not good and lots of people said they got sick. For our room specifically (12211) the door battery kept dying so we would have to hike back to the front desk to tell them and then hike back to our room to wait in the hall for someone to come fix it. This happened three times during our 5 day stay. There is a jucczi on the deck but not only did it take forever to fill up, there was only cold water. Being at the end of the hall meant that when it would rain, water would come in under our door. The shower wouldn't drain well and the water ended up overflowing into the rest of the bathroom. The tolet seat was broken. The maids would take our towels but not replace certain things like the bathmat or the pool towels, so it was a run around to try and get those back. Outside of all the issues with our room, the beach was a great place to spend some time.

This hotel is in need of renovations. The drawers in the room are broken. The laminate on the vanity is bubbling and coming off. The staff were not attentive and we had to carry our bags to the rrom ourselves. This isnt entirely true. There was an attendant willing to helpnus to our room until he wanted to sell us a time share. When we said no he left our bags pointed us to our room and left us in the middle of the path. Food was not good.

Horrible stay ... will never be back .. they should not let people sleep in falling apart rooms

They gave us the wrong room type when we arrived. We payed for a suite. They changed us day two to proper room. Food was average but not great same thing day in day out. Overall had a good time. The beach was good. Would we go back ?????

the rooms bathroom was not in good condition and the lighting in the room was very dingy. the facilities def need improvement and more staff they seem not as many for the amount of people at buffet. the food was great seasoning but the layout of buffet and lighting of the room did not make it appealing at all. Also the bars did not have real liquors very small selection of rum. We could have had an awesome experience if the beach had beach service instead of so many beach sellers.

I have been to many all inclusive’s but this had to be the worst one! From check in the customer service was horrible! Elisa at customer service? Bad attitude. The staff just was not what i’m normally used to. They were not friendly and not looking to help you. We got harassed by someone looking to give us a demo of their “elite club”. I don’t remember his name but he stopped us and said he needs it for commission. He did not let us leave until we gave him our info. We gave him the wrong contact number and the next day at breakfast he was waiting in front of the buffet entrance door and telling us to go to their meeting and calling us by our names. The food was so bad!! My boyfriend and his sister got stomach sick very bad the entire stay at the resort from the nasty food. The restaurants you need reservations for and we tried to book them early as soon as we checked in and they had none for our group! literally not one reservation so we had to always eat at the buffet. If you are not one of their elite members forget it! The rooms and resort in general are outdated and rotting and falling apart! The room lock was broken, tables at the buffet were broken and wobbly, the ceilings had cracks and falling and leaking. Our sink was falling down, when we put something on it rolled right off because the sink was uneven and they put a replacement holder instead of fixing it. Never would come back or recommend. Roberto was the only staff that worked hard and gave amazing service.

This isn't my first time at this hotel; previously, the service was excellent. This time, however, it was the complete opposite. Starting with Eliza, the person in charge of making a restaurant reservation, she was incredibly rude and had absolutely no desire to help us. Incredibly, the only person who made us feel welcome was Roberto, one of the waiters who works at the buffet. The rooms are run-down, and even the food quality isn't the same. Sadly, it wasn't a good experience. I don't recommend it.

The room was great; the staff were wonderful and helpful. We appreciated the all inclusive package very much and found joy in walking on the beach
