Amazing staff, extremely friendly and very professional. Right on the beach, although the beach is a little dirty, not so nice. However, it's a cheap ride to the beautiful White Beach. The spa attached to the resort was also great! Food was good. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed at Spets Garden hotel for 3 days, and booked the 2 bedroom family room and 2 jr deluxe suite for my mom and aunt. The food was great, the room is clean, the family room is gorgeous with a nice view of Sabang beach. The Hotel Manager, Mark is very accommodating as well as the hotel staff. We felt well served and the place feels so exclusive for us. Though the family room is located on the top, its like climbing a 7th floor, but its worth it because of the very nice view .We rented out a jeepney to bring us to white beach the whole afternoon and return in the evening. We both enjoy sabang and white beach during our stay. We will definitely come back.

arrived unannounced and was given a room similar to what I wanted and the ”last apartment left”. I was hoping to have a functional kitchen and air-conditioning, but not. not gonna describe in detail how the kitchen is not ready to use and you will need to go buy a few things, local market doesn't have and you don't want. air-conditioning in bed rooms only, the front to the place had a nice deck and good view. but, the last apartment is also located right on the only active road into and out of this smaller little hedonism, so a cpap and ear plugs will not be sufficient, left the next morning to Montani, with a view as well, and all rooms quiet for sleeping, if you care about sleeping at all. sabang is fun and I encourage a visit, but don't be afraid to move around, cheers.

We stayed at Blue Crystal Beach Resorts for two weeks. We had the most wonderful time resting, sightseeing, island hopping and walks around the neighborhood. Breakfast is free which makes it taste even better, hahaha! On the serious side, the encounters we have had with the staff are phenomenal! Greets you with the sweetest biggest smile!!! Always asking if there is anything we need for our room, prepared our meals accordingly, at times even gave us the option if there is anything we wanted to eat out of the menu. They even go above and beyond their call of duty to ensure we have eaten before they leave for the night, how amazing is that! Truly unheard off! Thank Dolor and Annalyn for going the extra mile so we didn’t starve for the night. Thank you to Lucy and Ram for preparing our meals according to our dietary guidelines and make taste yummy! Thank you Phia, Josie and the rest of the staff whom kept our room very clean, well stocked and smelled really good. Until our next stay, take care of yourselves! Service and hotel was fantastic. Very relaxing and the food was A+++ only negative was a lot of confusion with the final bill. I think it should be more itemised and in Filipino currency not US. Whenever you order food you should be given a bill. You are not really sure if it is accurate. Otherwise I would stay again.

Another fantastic stay at the Manara. It’s been a while due to the pandemic. They have been busy making a lot of expansion and enhancing the place all together, they even added another pool! It's quiet, it's family-friendly. The dive sites are close and allow a return to the resort after each dive. The equipment is mounted on the block and awaits us on the bangka. At the end of its stay, it is returned washed and dried. For the dives Christophe and Hippo will unearth the wonders to see. The day at Isla Verde is worth doing. A room is dedicated to the photographer to recharge the batteries and dry the equipment. The bedroom with 1 double bed is spacious with local artisan decor. The meals are excellent. The local staff is friendly and available and quickly remembers your first name. Well done Alain. The massage at the resort is of better quality and cleanliness than in town.

Checked in on the 18th, the environment is very good, the service is very thoughtful, very safe, there are hotel staff guarding the door at night! A special mention is that this restaurant is really great. I recommend going to her house for dinner. I ordered three or four dishes and it was dazzling! (PS On the second day of check-in, I left my phone on the chair by the pool after swimming. When I found out that I was looking for it, the hotel staff just delivered it to the door of the room very enthusiastically. Thank you so much!)

The hotel is in the alley at the foot of the mountain. The entrance is a relatively large open-air swimming pool. The water in the pool is very clean. Our room is on the second floor with a balcony. Although the room is not big, it feels very warm. The bed in the room is very soft and comfortable, and the air conditioner is very quiet and not very noisy. The shower has hot water but the water volume is not very large. The hotel can call horse* chicken to the room, you can also order, and also provide simple kitchenware to use in the lobby. We stayed for a long time, tired of the island's Western food, Filipino food, Korean food, cooked noodles and occasionally ate it. Overall, the hotel is moderately priced and the price is relatively high. Close to Sabang beach - 5 mins by bike (P25 only) or 25 mins walk. In quite hill overlooking bay - nice sea view. Very clean swimming pool. Good WiFi outside the room. Have back up generator for frequent power failure - only problem is that air con not available when generator is on. Staff is very friendly and offer good advice on tour and ferry services. Provide bike rental and tricycle at very reasonable price. Clean pool daily and when request, quick to clean up room. Cleanliness is excellent. Good selection of cable TV channels Will definitely stay with them for my next PG trip

PG is a paradise for diving enthusiasts! Due to its location on the island, the facilities, environment and auxiliary facilities are relatively backward. If you are traveling as a vacation, couple, or parent-child, PG is not necessarily the best choice. But if everyone has a common hobby - diving, PG must be a very worthwhile place to go. There are many dive sites near the town, the corals are well protected, and each one is rare. The coaches there are very amiable and very professional, and there is a lot of fun to be found there at the elementary to advanced level.

Had the pleasure of staying at La Laguna Beach Club & Dive Centre for a few days. The staff at the hotel went out of their way to ensure I had a great stay. They organized a private boat to pick me up in Busuangas as the public ferries were canceled on the day of my arrival due to a gale warning. The food was great, and I loved the boutique style and relaxed nature of the hotel. The hotel is beautifully located right on the shoreline only 600 meters from the center of Sabang. The dive shop is part of the hotel making diving a breeze. I have been scuba diving for +30 years and have been diving all over the world. Puerto Galera boasts some of the best shore-based diving in the world. The soft coral is stunning and the biodiversity is amazing. Great diving for looking at small stuff. Visibility averages between 15-25 meters which will disappoint some, but not me given the number of critters to look at. You will be hard-pressed to find a better and more professional run dive shop. Top-notch, new equipment; great friendly dive instructors and attention to safety. Most of the more than 30 dive sites are just 5-10 minutes away by boat giving you time to do more dives and rat the hotel in between dives. La Laguna Beach Club & Dive Centre is located only 3hrs away from Manila making diving possible even if you have only a few days.

I booked at Jalyns for 5 days, & stayed 2 weeks. It is 5 minutes ride out of sabang & 10 mins to puerta galera. A perfect distance to escape the hustle & bustle, but also close enough not to be inconvenient. They also have mopeds for hire. The owners & staff are friendly & helpful and make you feel welcome. Leah was amazing with my booking, sorting everything out promptly by messenger. It has many room types, a restaurant and 2 swimming pools. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay & would recommend Jalyn's resort.

This hotel is located between Sabang Beach and Murie port. Both go to Tricycle around 15 minutes. It is very quiet because it is away from downtown. There is only a small private store in front of the entrance of the hotel, and there is no other store, so shopping and exchange other than drinks must stretch your legs to Sabang Beach or Murie port. The hotel is built on a cliff. There is a front desk (reception) near the sea at the bottom of the cliff on the first and the first. There are nearly 100 steps from the entrance to the front desk. Cheap rooms are close to the sea as the room with a little ranking near the entrance. The pool is 2 places and is next to the middle location and front desk. The beach is a private beach. The restaurant is last ordered around 8 pm and the bar is until 10 pm at night. Because it is the same place, you can eat the food you asked for in the last order slowly until the time when the bar ends. The taste is ok. The price is lined up with restaurants in downtown Puerto Galera. The massage is 100 pesos higher than downtown (500 → 600 pesos) but it is the direction you like to enjoy hotel life without going anywhere. The scenery is the best. When you return, if you pay the chip, the male staff will be happy to carry your luggage and carry it to the entrance of the hotel.

They have the best staff we've ever met in Puerto Galera, special mention to Jane and Steph, they are very accommodating, entertaining, and well conversant with english. The food was amazing especially the Juevos Raancheros and Machaca Chicken and egg. Definitely we will be back, because of the genuine care and attention of the staff which I think that is really lacking even in some 5 star hospitality institutions we have visited in the past. The bar and convenience store commercial street is on the sabang, there is none here! The small island is surrounded by other islands. The sea view room is booked-you can see the sea from the balcony-and you can watch the sunrise! Very suitable for vacation! And the dishes cooked by the chef in the hotel are also delicious! Living here is very comfortable, very beautiful, and the sea is clean!

This is a great boutique hotel with spacious villas suitable for our family. The pool is great, happy hour is a blast 4-6pm daily and rooms are comfortable. The ate at their restaurant every night and food was good. During the day we took the boat which cost approx 3k for 4 hours and did island hopping. The stairs in the resort to your room is a challenge so if you have limited mobility then avoid but we had no issue with it.

PG is a paradise for diving enthusiasts! Due to its location on the island, the facilities, environment and auxiliary facilities are relatively backward. If you are traveling as a vacation, couple, or parent-child, PG is not necessarily the best choice. But if everyone has a common hobby - diving, PG must be a very worthwhile place to go. I really don't want to say that there are many pits. Don't be blinded by the photos outside the hotel. When you are in the hotel, you will be photographed at the hotel. Waiting for the room in the back alley, you can't live in the hotel 3000p. Don't leave you, absolute pit, barbecue is expensive

This was my second stay at the Mermaid Resort. I am happy to have visited again. The location is on the main road. It's close to the bay but just above the noisy restaurants and bars. The penthouse rooms offer a nice view of the bay and a giant outdoor whirlpool tub. Air conditioning is a modern split mini with remote control - great! The bed has a memory foam mattress and duvet-type comforter. The bathroom has an enormous tub/shower. There are two shelves for toiletries, etc. Everything was very clean. There is a large TV with lots of channels. Internet speeds are solid: 5 mbps down, 6mbps up. The staff are terrific. They arranged a water taxi for me and a transfer to Manila. I'd be happy to return.

This is a great boutique hotel with spacious villas suitable for our family. The pool is great, happy hour is a blast 4-6pm daily and rooms are comfortable. The ate at their restaurant every night and food was good. During the day we took the boat which cost approx 3k for 4 hours and did island hopping. The stairs in the resort to your room is a challenge so if you have limited mobility then avoid but we had no issue with it.

This amazing hotel is the perfect stay in Puerto Galera. It’s a five minute walk from the beach, and near shops and restaurants. Close to the action if you want it, but also just far enough away for quiet when you need it. The pool is refreshing and clean, the room was spacious, and it’s easy to find upon arrival from the Balatero Port. The staff were inviting and hospitable. Only downsides: no WiFi in the rooms, have to pay for breakfast. Everything else about this place is 5/5.

Checked in on the 18th, the environment is very good, the service is very thoughtful, very safe, there are hotel staff guarding the door at night! A special mention is that this restaurant is really great. I recommend going to her house for dinner. I ordered three or four dishes and it was dazzling! (PS On the second day of check-in, I left my phone on the chair by the pool after swimming. When I found out that I was looking for it, the hotel staff just delivered it to the door of the room very enthusiastically. Thank you so much!)

I booked at Jalyns for 5 days, & stayed 2 weeks. It is 5 minutes ride out of sabang & 10 mins to puerta galera. A perfect distance to escape the hustle & bustle, but also close enough not to be inconvenient. They also have mopeds for hire. The owners & staff are friendly & helpful and make you feel welcome. Leah was amazing with my booking, sorting everything out promptly by messenger. It has many room types, a restaurant and 2 swimming pools. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay & would recommend Jalyn's resort.

Good: The beach was amazing and some inns are nice and accomodating. I got no problems with the boatmen especially the ones in kayaking activities. The sand was also satisfying. White beach is an almost perfect place to beach bum and have a little walk by the shore in the morning. During my island hopping experience, there was a lot of places to beach bum also and snorkel. Bad: Whenever I tried to relax at the beach or simply eat food, rude vendors (including massage therapists) treat you as a walking ATM instead of a human being trying to enjoy the visit. They will keep bugging you even if you said you've already bought the same items or service from them. Another problem I encountered in white beach was the way the tricycle drivers demand you to spend overpriced transportation fees. The guide fee wasn't even included in the tour. It's like they treat every tourists (Filipinos especially from Manila and foreigners alike) like a walking ATM. I even witnessed my massage therapist talking to someone on the phone referring me to ”It”. She was speaking with a different dialect but I could understand some of her words. I wish someday they change the way they treat their tourists especially those who were only there to unwind from their day-to-day problems. Most of the food are overpriced. I MEAN how can they sell salted egg for php 40? In Manila, its just around php 20 below. Even a simple sachet of 3-in-1 coffee cost like 20 pesos each. Friendly advice: Just ignore those rude locals and try to make the most out of your vacation. If they insist, just ignore them and look away. To save some money with food, i suggest you just bring your own especially eggs because it can be really expensive here. If you don't want to, I suggest also to just buy a bulk order of grilled liempo and chicken or bangus (boneless) near the restaurant called Foodtrip and take it out or just eat there (if you like unlimited rice). If you like to try tapsilog or any food that is 'silog ', there is a small carinderia just in front of the tricycle terminal inside the resort. Tapsilog is only 80 pesos with garlic rice there. Bring your own 3-in-1 coffee sachets and milo milk sachets. If you have thermos for hot water, the better. You might also want to bring your own shampoo and soap. Make sure to have a van transfer going to the resort and going back to Mueller port or where your ferry is. Avoid the tricycles as much as possible when necessary. If you can't, make sure you have a stack cash with you to pay the
