Hotel Pocillos Playa, Solo Adultos

Me and my partner are still here as we speak dates 31st January my birthday. We came 27th Jan for 7 days. This place is by far defiantly a great hotel and the food choice is fabulous. Love the food from breakfast to dinner. Rooms are always spotless and cleaners are absolutely brillant 5 star cleanliness. The pool is a lovely size and very relaxing. The loungers great selection of areas to choose washed down every evening by the staff. All the staff from bar to reception to the waiting staff smiling happy and make you feel welcome. We are all inclusive and defiantly worth the money. My birthday and I returned to my room with hubby only to find a bottom of plonk and happy birthday note and 2 glasses in my room for birthday wishes from the staff. Really great. If you want quiet defiantly go for the standard rooms which are down the side of the hotel nearer the well being centre and terrace so peaceful and quiet. I will be back with my husband defiantly. Really is worth every penny Thanks all staff for your lovely stay. We here till sat 3rd Feb and enjoying the rest of days we have left Thanks again Jodi and Allan

After this hotel was downgraded by Tui we were offered a change of hotel. As we wanted adult only we carried on with booking with great trepidation due to poor reviews. We found our holiday accommodation to be very good. The resort was ultra clean, pool area had plenty of loungers and pool was heated which was a wonderful treat. Our own room was exactly what we asked for. Quiet with large patio on ground floor. It was cleaned daily. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. There was one exception. The restaurant and food which definitely was sub standard and what other people complained about. It was like a holiday of 2 halves though because after 4 days there it was as if a completely new restaurant opened with different staff and better food. When I asked at reception the lovely Sonja told us they had taken on board the criticism and were making improvements. Good for them. The Spa was also very good with some specials and I used it twice for treatment. The resort is really a short walk to beachfront. If they improve restaurant then 4 star it certainly is.

Very clean Nice facilities We really enjoyed the food L22 single door with blind, would prefer to of stayed in a different room, but the hotel was full Lovely pool area, lovely pool Snack bar could have more variety of snacks between the hours of 2 & 7pm for an all inclusive hotel The entertainment should start earlier as 21:30 is a little late Would come back just to see Nalans smile 😁

Amazing stay in this really lovely, small hotel. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Thanks so much for to everyone at this very special place.

Reception friendly easy check in. Lovely room, comfy beds. Spotless clean hotel. Lovely pool. Food was lovely, could maybe mix it up a bit. The female singer at night was good. All staff are brilliant. The weather was fantastic, Location is good, short walk to different places, beach just down the road. Nolan was fantastic around the pool area. Would come back

On the arrival the young recepcionist Acoraida explained everything about the hotel with kindness and a smile. It is a wonderful hotel where we spent a week in Puerto del Carmen. It is very nice and cozy, in the restaurant the food is very good and they have enough variety every day. The rooms are perfect, everything you need. Perfect small hotel for adults only.

On arrival the young receptionist checked us in but gave no guidance on what the hotel had to offer. We were allocated room L21 which was in need of some refurbishment. And not worth the money we paid. I offered to pay extra for a pool view room but was told they were all full. Overall the hotel was spotless and the majority of staff were brilliant. Food was excellent and all tastes were catered for. The hotel was in an ideal position for getting out and about.

Stayed at this hotel a few times and cannot fault it. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Variety of food each day. The microwave option is great if you like to heat up your food. The rooms are perfect, everything you need. Shame about the mandatory gravelling near the spa area. The entertainment could maybe start earlier for our age range. Perfect small hotel for adults only. Will be back soon.
