Every once in a while, you don’t pay a great deal for a hotel and end up with a real gem. This was not one of those occasions. I paid extra for a deluxe room with a window which turned out to be at the front of the hotel. What a big mistake that was. The hotel is no more than 20m from a major highway and the LRT line. It was so noisy all night long that sleep was impossible. On top of that, there was a beeping noise coming from somewhere within the hotel that wasn’t fixed until just before I left. I could not wait to get out of there. A thoroughly unpleasant experience. Never again!

I use to stay in this hotel whenever I come business trip. The Hotel was conveniently located and is easily found. The room very comfortable, the bed is comfortable for stay. The facilities is fine and acceptable . Most important is my stay is comfortable and I kind a familiar with surrounding, the food nearby and also convenient store available. I found the Reception Staff very friendly, helpful and welcoming too.

I got a room 308 at the back with back alley view, and opposite the building was a restaurant. The belacan smell or food smell creeps into the room. TV channels are nationals, even that you will get blurry images. No bottled drinking water, pillow cases are stained. The good, strong wifi, hot shower, plenty of restaurants nearby.
