I can’t complain anymore. What’s wrong with the air conditioner in such a hot day? Turning it on to the lowest level can make people sweat. I called the front desk to communicate, and the front desk sent someone to look at it. Nothing was resolved. Later, they said they would give it to us. It’s nothing to change the room. I don’t want to go. It’s not bad to take my friends to the Internet. I go in and see what it’s like. It’s not as good as a hotel in 20.

The service is so bad, I'm speechless. I came to this small town with my friends to do business. I booked this suite for more than 360 per night. The hotel looks okay, but when I entered the room, the wedding room where the previous family lived was still okay. Didn't clean up, nothing, toilet paper and kettle were delivered only after calling, hot water didn't come out in the bathing place, the air conditioner was very loud, the service was so poor and water was charged when checking out

很不滿意的一次入住！！！真的很生氣！！
1⃣️剛入住房間大意洗完澡發現無浴巾無牙刷等等一系列使用的產品 很是尷尬！！
2⃣️晚上口渴喝水發現大瓶礦泉水有問題！就及時聯繫了前台 説是貌似上個顧客盛的自來水就又讓服務員重新拿了一瓶 很是不理解 可能心理反應總覺得水裡還有什麼其他東西…就真的..！
3⃣️早上洗漱又發現被拆開的安全套！！無語啊 我們都沒動過！一直以為是洗髮水 結果看是一個還拆開安全套！！簡直了 到底是上單的衞生打掃不乾淨還是咋了啊！給人整的神乎乎的！真的很無語！服務態度還有衞生是真差啊無語！！！

設施很陳舊，房間裏面連瓶水都沒有，浴帽也沒有，刮鬍刀也沒有，電話打前台也打不通還收按金也不知道幹什麼用的，大夏天的，毛巾上面都是灰感覺很久沒有入住了，桌子上和電話上面一層灰！衞生間洗手池污垢一堆！前台服務態度也不好，感覺跟欠錢一樣，説話沖沖的！
