Mi hanno chiesto di pagare anticipatamente obbligatoriamente tutto il soggiorno nonostante avessero già i dati della carta come garanzia (che gli hotel possono come contratto con gli enti delle carte possono addebitare in caso di mancato arrivo tutto l'importo) questo nonostante i numerosi soggiorni presso stabilimenti anche più prestigiosi di questi non mi è mai successo. Ma la cosa sgradita sia come trattamento e come servizio è stato il cenone di capodanno servito in maniera pessima dal personale e l'intervento del ”metter” pressoché assente e quando si è avvicinato al nostro tavolo molto maleducato nel dire come mai signori non mangiate ”Questa pietanza non è di nostro gradimento” abbiamo risposto e lui invece di trovare un alternativa al piatto (come gli altri tavoli) con un sorrisino per prendere in giro se n'è andato. non parlando dei camerieri servivano prima l uomo .. e io educatamente spostavo il piatto ad una signora e stavo 20 minuti prima che completassero tutto il tavolo quindi le pietanze diventavano fredde ed immangiabili. Il menù è di piatti serviti erano di scarsa qualità e non ne abbiamo assaggiato nemmeno uno. Ci siamo alzati dal tavolo alle 22.30 e siamo andati in camera per mangiare qualcosa tra di noi, acquistato il pomeriggio prima. Una cena da dimenticare. Al mattino al checkout al momento del conto ho detto le mie dimostranze ma nessuna risposta di scuse e nessuna soluzione è stata affrontata solo ”vada nel sito e faccia le sue lamentele”

I was a night in this hotel that proves to be comfortable, ordered and clean.Not very large room but with all the essentials. For breakfast, given the arrangements of the time, the buffet is not possible, but a wide choice to be made last night.All very good.There is also a restaurant. Hotels to be recommended.

The property itself is fine overall with an OK location if you have wheels. Staff are excellent and sleep is good. The in-room coffee (Deluxe rooms only I believe) does great coffee but the machine is too large for the space and too high to see how to operate it without having to lift the whole thing out ... a very awkward system (Caffitaly) in spite of good coffee. The biggest issue was how their internet system was down for my 2 days which started 2 days earlier on a Friday. Apparently their head office in Spain gave up on Friday to fix this problem, leaving management and guests with a disaster with no internet access for the whole weekend plus the following Monday. How sad that AC Hotels has no regard for their guests to ensure that internet is working ... totally unacceptable approach to this significant problem which almost all guests rely on having as part of their stay ... to allow this to take some 4 days to fix is absurd and looks very bad on AC hotel chain ... tsk, tsk. Breakfast is pretty good but on the expensive side for what it is ... but reasonable with Marriott food credit for status customers. Parking lot and entrance is totally weird like a demolition lot ... needs to be fixed up.

We are travelling with a group of 14 Singaporeans on a pilgrimage of the Holy sites. This is our last stay for one nite in a hotel before embarking on our flite home. Stayed at the Best Western Hotel Tre Torri on 14th Oct 2023. Hotel is located within a small village or town off the main highway. This hotel is our half way stop to Milan after spending a day in Venice. We found that a kettle was provided but no complimentary bottles of water. It could be found in the mini bar, but chargeable. Lighting in the room was dim with only one wall light. Bedside lights did little to enhance the overall environment. Sensors are used for the vestibule of the room and bathroom. Experienced black outs in the bathroom several times. What an inconvenience. The shower stall is small and after a shower, water escaped to the outer floor, making it slippery and dangerous. Bathroom amenities was limited to just a small bar of soap and two shower caps. Only shower gel was provided in the shower stall. Otherwise, the room and bathroom was clean. Can't say much for the pillows and mattress. Just uncomfortable. Breakfast items offered is typical of all the hotels we stayed in except at this hotel where back bacon was offered on the buffet, instead of bacon rashers. The scrambled eggs was the best in all the hotels we stayed in. What made the breakfast experience wonderful was delivered by a waitress, Ms MILLI, a Ghanaian. Her lovely smile, politeness and her happiness to serve made our time in Italy memorable. Thank you Ms MILLI once again. You are a great Ambassador of the brand. We love you and keep smiling as you deliver happiness to all that you serve. Love All Serve All. Your hotel should be so proud to have such an employee like you.
