Hotel Medil

We enjoyed our stay at Medil that provided very friendly and family like hospitality with excellent food and nice wellness center. What made it especially appreciated was Stefano, who works for the hotel but also accompanied a group of skiers who were the guests in Medil. It made the skiing more enjoyable and less risky as he is excellent skier and super knowledgeable of the Dolomites. When one skis without worries it makes the difference. Mrdil were very smart by offering this free (!) service. Thank you Medil and Stefano again for the wonderful vacation.
GH Hotel Monzoni

The location of the hotel is quite central, close to ski slopes, shops and more. The staff is very friendly and good with kids. Views are excellent. There is a pool and a ski room, as well as a restaurant, bar and kids room. Modt of the staff is bilingual, speaking both English and Italian.
Hotel Villa Madruzzo

Comfortable, quite spacious rooms, with small but welcome complimentary gestures such as (large and delicious!) local apples and reasonable prices from the minibar. Good breakfast in a grand room. Pleasant setting on the Trento hills (but with less than 10 minutes walk you find shops and amenities). Polite and efficient personnel both at the reception and in the breakfast room. Only a couple negatives: the soundproofing of the rooms in the old building and the bathroom equipment could be improved, for a hotel of this category and at these prices, which are at the top in Trento (the area is quiet but you are a bit at the mercy of your neighbour's degree of civility, as every noise from the other rooms can be heard). But overall I can definitely recommend this hotel.
Hotel Campagnola

I stayed as part of a coach tour with Leger and as it was a last minute change of hotel I didn't expect much. HOWEVER - It was a fabulous hotel , great room with extensive in room refreshments including a coffee machine. Mood lighting in the shower- great fun! The food was incredible proper restaurant food and very Italian the breakfast was extensive with lots for those with dietary needs. The staff were very very good. We arrived late and were served a delicious meal while our bags were whisked up to our rooms by staff who had stayed late to accommodate us. Throughout the stay staff were great the breakfast lady deserves special mention, nothing was too much trouble and she smiles and greeted everyone. I'd love to go again. It is a way from the lake but we had no free time to walk there so didn't affect us. If they got some mugs and milk jugs for the Brits who like a decent cuppa it would be lovely. An English speaking TV channel would also be nice.
Du Lac Et du Parc Grand Resort

The back door of the hotel is Garda Lake, where you can swim and windsurf, and there is a windsurfing school in the hotel. The breakfast is fairly plentiful in Europe, and the service is in line with the high standards of northern Italy. The styles of the rooms in the new building and the old building are quite different. The hotel is like a big park, with good plant landscape design. The only problem is that pets are allowed in the hotel. Many people stay with dogs and they will urinate everywhere. Although individuals also love dogs, they are also worried about the indoor and outdoor hygiene of the hotel...
Blu Hotel Natura & Spa - Adults Only
4.4/545 Reviews
The food (dinner and breakfast) is simply outstanding and all the staff from SPA therapists, waiters, receptionist, barkeeper, housekeeping etc. were astonishingly comforting, polite, care taking and friendly which hasn't happened very often before. The hotel itself is very clean, modern, perfectly maintained and well located, so you just walk 3 minutes down to the city center and ski bus stops etc. Free advice: Book a room facing the pool side as you will have the sun on your side/balcony which makes a huge difference! The SPA works perfectly as described and is very relaxing after a long day on skies. You have different saunas, steam bath and a swimming pool with an outside area and several jacuzzis and even a sauna outside with a beautiful view at sunset. We had some massages and facial treatments booked separately, and we were very satisfied, but you need to express your will if you want it softer or harder etc. at the very beginning, then the therapist will adjust.
