Wow, what a service & location !! Very, very good service en very friendly staff. No question to much and always kind and helpfull. Absolutely 10+ !! Rooms are good en clean. Breakfast good, tastefull & very nice coffee! Wonderfull location: unbelievable beach & cristal clear water. Nice location for making trips too! Sardinia is just wonderfull. We had a great holiday!! Abbiamo trascorso 2 notti in questo hotel che si spaccia per un 4 stelle ottenute non si sa come ! Tanto per incominciare arriviamo nel primo pomeriggio nella convinzione di poter fare un tuffo in piscina che abbiamo trovato sporca ! Arriviamo in camera e nel frigo non troviamo neanche una bottiglietta d'acqua cortesia che si trova sempre anche in un b&b di quarto ordine!! Le camere sono trascurate e lo scarico del wc funziona appena !! Fin qui abbiamo cercato di essere tolleranti ,ma quando la sera di ritorno veniamo rimproverati da una dipendente perché a suo dire disturbavamo nonostante ben lontani dalle camere abbiamo iniziato a sentirci un po' a disagio !! Il culmine di questo disagio però lo abbiamo raggiunto la mattina successiva quando la stessa dipendente che di Angelico aveva solo il nome, passandoci vicino a esclamato una frase volgare facendo riferimento al profumo di una mia amica aprendo addirittura la finestra! Non solo ha successivamente rimproverato la barista perché a suo dire non doveva fare caffè a tutti forse convinta che non li avessimo pagati !! Insomma un esperienza spiacevole la cui nota positiva è stata solo la gentilezza della ragazza della reception e del bar! Neanche il direttore ha mostrato professionalità negandosi inizialmente al dialogo con una componente del gruppo che ovviamente chiedeva spiegazioni !! Da dimenticare a mai più ! Sconsigliatissimo

Booked with private travels just returned, the rooms are to be completely refurbished, bathrooms like a 2-star, sparkling, old infixes and prehistoric air conditioners. We booked half-pension, it is clear that food is good, excellent breakfast, but the fast menu dinner was not always the best, one sweet as a choice,the pity is not always good, In any case the reason of the 4 stars may be due to the restaurant of the paper we saw out of excellent dishes that in the middle of the house not even the shadow ..... sufficient staff available with some effort,the girl of breakfast, the best, very nice. Beautiful but dirty pool. I noticed little care, this hotel has good potential but it needs to be reviewed a little, starting with investment to restructure at least the bathrooms. If you want to keep it, you shouldn't be sold like a 4 stars, you need to wait for a 3-star short. You need to satisfy and equip yourself with a car, it's all reachable in a car.

The staff were friendly & helpful. On arrival at the resort we were escorted to our bungalow and showed around (2 of us were given a clean and spacious bungalow with our own garden which could accommodate 4) - we were delighted with it. All of the bungalows have their own garden part - we were lucky to be on the end so was very private. The surrounding areas were well cared for and all the trees/foliage were beautiful, we couldn't fault it. Loved the private beach but do go off-peak season as you can only visit once every two days in peak season. This is due to the marine conservation and ensuring the beaches and environmental impact of humans is minimal. Loved the resident cats (disappointed we didn't see any wild boar who were rumored to be snuffling around!) Facilities perfectly fine, although would have been nice to have a kettle & maybe one pint of milk left in the fridge for coffee/tea. Breakfast buffet was outstanding, vast selection of super-fresh fruit/produce/cheese/hams etc. and all the usual cereals and hot food if wanted. Deliciously decadent pastries! Evening buffet more basic but satisfactory. Do go a la Carte if you wan to dress for dinner. We loved the remote location although you are limited for off-site excursions unless you can drive as the pick up point for these was a way from the resort and the hotel do not offer a shuttlebus for most of the boat trips. It was extremely peaceful and restful, we personally loved it - a definite if you love nature. Not a place to go if you want a busy nightlife!

Excellent hôtel! Food is very good, enjoyed by adults and children at every meal, the variety is good and the quality is excellent. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful with a special mention for the fantastic animation team who never seem to sleep and are always proposing activities, games and shows without being invasive. My youngest will definitely miss Roberto and Emilian. The site is just gorgeous with views you could never get tired of. Wonderful holiday would definitely come back!
