Dirty floors Dust Dirty carpets Flooding bathroom Someone came into my room and left door open Restaurant always closed We were constantly hungry Staff not helpful Breakfast cakes same ones from start of the week No kettle Nothing close by Not a great area This is not a 4 star hotel 2 star !! Would never stay here

So there are limited hotel options in Sassari, but there is NO WAY this is a four star (self-described) hotel. I had a suite and it wasn’t all that sweet. The room is dated, except for the bathroom which is nice, but terrible towels—rough and over-used. The staff was very friendly and the room was pretty clean. Free parking is nice but €150?!?! In November? Come on man. We stayed at a hotel called the Doglio in Cagliari for €25 more a night and the difference is indescribable. Oh and the toilet paper was in a dispenser, one sheet at a time.

Pessima esperienza in albergo per una notte. Camera e bagno di dimensioni adeguate, ma con arredi vecchi , odore persistente di stantio, vecchio , molto fastidioso, tende copriletti moquette vecchie e non fresche di bucato. La pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare ( nella doccia capelli corti sui muri non miei) polvere , e briciole nella moquette). La stanza affacciava sulla via Dante estremamente rumorosa, materasso e cuscini scomodi ( ho dovuto dormire senza cuscino); sistema di condizionamento non si capisce come farlo funzionare. Cena pessima qualità, assolutamente sconsigliata. Sulla colazione non mi esprimo perché ho preferito farla fuori . Personale gentile. Sala congressi adeguata ma anche li impianto di condizionamento pessimo, caldo. Albergo completamente da rimodernare, pulizie urgenti.

Son stato due notti in questo hotel per lavoro, mezza pensione, notte e prima colazione. parcheggio non esiste, accoglienza normale, arrivati in camera, noto che per un hotel a 4 stelle il frigo bar è vuoto, e solitamente ci dovrebbe essere qualche snack e bevanda. il bagno grande, ma scomodo come le ante della doccia che puoi aprire da fuori, ma all'interno del box doccia non vi sono le maniglie. soffione della doccia fisso e sporco di calcare. Phone un pò vecchiotto, il porta fazzoletti per l'igiene dopo i bisogni, posizione scomoda, in quanto è un semplice tira fazzoletti, non rotolo di cartaigenica fianco wc. stanza buia, una sola lampada piccola al muro e non al soffitto, climatizzatore rumorosissimo e non scaldava. colazione abbondante di paste, torte, spremute, i camerieri cordiali e gentili.

L'hotel mostra i segni del tempo, certamente è stato un hotel di ottima fattura quando inaugurato, ora avrebbe bisogno di un rinnovamento, soprattutto nella moquette nelle stanze, (almeno nella mia) . Per il resto il rapporto qualità prezzo è eccellente. Buona la cucina. Un plauso particolare al personale (vale almeno una stella in più nel mio giudizio) , gentilissimo ed efficiente nel soddisfare le mie richieste.
