Antico Podere San Francesco

We liked our stay at this hotel. The apartment provided had everything we needed for the stay. The kitchen was very well endowed, dish washer included. The room was a bit small, but manageble. The bathroom is large and cosmetics offered were very nice. The hotel amenties are great for childern and out son was very hapy with the zip line. Breakfast was very good. The staff was very nice and always helpful. We will come back !

The property is located a few kilometres from the sea, it covers an extensive area and it is composed by several different building, a couple of "traditional" style, the others in the minimalist style of the reception. On the grounds of the structure there are games for children and a sitting area in the shade of the trees for spending time outdoors. From what I have seen, each accommodation also offers a private gazebo for each room. The swimming pool is large and well maintained, there are enough sunbeds both in the area adjacent to the pool and on the lawn, shaded by some large trees. The staff is professional and very friendly, offering an impeccable service. The car parks are covered by a canopy which is absolutely essential in the summer. The reception is the main building at the entrance and there you also find the honesty bar and some breakfast tables. Other tables are available outside in the shade. I really appreciated that this hotel is dog friendly and our holiday was very pleasant. The only negative point is that I was expecting a more modern accommodation, but our room was in the "traditional" style, with the bed and lamps in wrought iron and ceiling with exposed beams in dark wood which made the room look dark and cramped. Besides, the space was not used to the fullest. For example, the accommodation is for two, maximum three people but there is a table for 4, which could be replaced by a round or smaller table, the microwave is placed on a shelf near the bed, in a tricky position and on the hung a large clock connected to an electric cable. Not only was it incongruous as a decoration, it didn't even work. The space would look lighter and bigger without the chunky table and clock. Then again, this is my personal taste and it did not detract from the very pleasant holiday, in this lovely structure.

this is great place with very good staff who are looking after their guests with happiness. there is very clean swimming pool, good breakfast, table tennis, table football, barbeque facilities & parking

Very quiet and lovely place with all facilities for the family vacations. The room was lovely clean and confortable. Just if you need for 4 people just be sure to reserve the doble room and not the deluxe studio is a litle small for as, two adult and two teenagers

The stay was absolute perfect. From the first minute we loved this place. Very nice people and a beautiful and clean area. Even as it was fully booked, it was not crowded at all. Perfect for holidays with Kids!

Nice rooms, clean. Meager kitchen equipment. Excellent airconditioning. Many mosquito’s, probably due to daily watering of greenings and greenhouses next to the property. Swimming pool very nice, enough seatings/beds/umbrella’s. The “honesty bar” was a little bit expensive for a selfservice bar. We had a very nice stay. But the price / quality ratio was too high.

here we met people of different nationalities who value peace and manners. there is a sizable swimming pool with clean water and a lifeguard. there is a lot of green space to relax. place worth recommending.

friendly and warm welcome at the reception at arrival and a good complete breakfast. I stayed for business and outside the season , so I did not use the facilities but hope to have that opportunity next time.

Modern, very clean, spacious and well equped apartment for 4 persons placed in the Tuscany peaceful field. Confortable beds and pillows. Nice and kind atention and good breakfast. Highly recommended if you are looking for tranquility outside the summer season. In summer highly recommended for families with children
