A friendly staff, prepared, always available. Location with large parking, excellent and large pool, maximum discretion and attention to guests. Unfair rooms, generous bathroom, all perfectly working, nothing left to the case, but like to see discretion combined with gentleness. A pleasure to stay in a large room with all the comforts and a perfect breakfast with local products. Not easy to manage a beautiful and great business. Compliments

Excellent structure, very nice and clean hotels, cleaning the various environments and rooms, reading nearby with comfortable subway and well-distanced paraplus, good kitchen and well-assorted breakfast. The courteous and efficient staff, ready to handle any requests but for a few times they are almost blinded in the room without waiting for permission to enter. I highlight a substantial coldness and asepticism in the relationships, except some approaches to the gentleman and boy of the dinner room, for the rest, all very displaced: no one qualifys and no one wears the ID card. I did not like the attitude of room staff who had different behaviors than the use of personal protection masks: whether or not they were required to wear them under the current legislation for the abovementioned. In any case, it does not make sense and does not provide any protection for anyone to keep the mask down to his neck or covering only his mouth and not his nose. I also did not like to see that on our request to enjoy the beach service until lunch after leaving the room at 10 a.m., we were asked to pay a €20 supplement, Not so much for the figure itself, but for the principle, because we had never enjoyed it at the afternoon of arrival and we did not take off the place at anybody's sight of the many empty shadows. We have chosen to stay not because the hotel has no courtesy room where it can stay after leaving the beach and no longer have its own room available, I find it incredible that a 5-star hotel does not have this kind of service, and the beach shower and the wooden cabin can certainly not replace it.

This is the most cost-effective hotel we have stayed in Italy for ten days. Breakfast is average, the room is clean, the relationship between the off-season is really unbelievable. The hotel environment is very good at the foot of the Sant'Angelo. Free parking.
