VOI Floriana Resort

Highly recommended a visit to this well managed Resort. Specially family or anyone in need to have a restful holiday . Food was very good , wine and beers were included with no extra charges something I never heard of before . The staff is polite, caring and professional .

Everything was fine. A family-friendly hotel. The choice of food is suitable and sufficient. The hotel is big, but it really didn't feel crowded. There were always sunbeds both by the pool and by the sea. Loved that we had our own table in the dining room.

We enjoyed our stay at VOI Floriana Resort, beautiful environment for relaxation, tasty and fresh food. The resort is located in a nice garden, a well-groomed sandy beach, lots of animations and attractions. The staff is friendly. 😊

Resort is well organized and offers many entertainments for all ages. Good location and professional team, my room was not big but comfortable, and Used almost only for sleeping 😀. VOI Hotels confirmed my positive experience.

We had an absolutely fantastic vacation at VOI Floriana Resort. The room was very modern and comfortable, the beds were great and the cleaning service cleaned the room and changed the towels daily. The only small drawback was that the towels in the bathroom were very ,,fuzy''. The food was mega delicious and varied. The service was very friendly and helpful. The location is beautiful and the beach is great with lots of loungers. I had the opportunity to take a crash course on sailing with Roberto. He was very knowledgeable and funny at the same time. It was a lot of fun and I can only recommend it. And now the highlight: the amazing animators. Led by Fabrizio Urbani and Marco (you guys were crazy), they were really true entertainers. The evening show had it all: comedy, dance, glamour everything. We were impressed. Guys you are the best!!! Fabrizio, Marco, Gian Marco, Sara, Sabrina, Amanda(,,the Spanish'' :)) , Gennaro (Atilla), ,,Serena'', Suzy and all (I hope I didn't forget anyone) thanks again for everything!

I want to start by saying thank you to every staff member that works at the Floriana Resort. You have made my partner and I feel so welcomed and relaxed the whole time. The resort is immaculate, everything about it is just perfect! The pool and beach are amazing, the food and drinks are delicious, the shows are so funny and full of talent. I am amazed with how smoothly and well organised everything was and how many different activities you can do throughout the day. A special thank you to the kitchen staff who on our last night there brought me some surprise Cannoli as they have run out of their dessert for that night before I got a chance to try it. I wish we could've stayed there longer, but we have decided we will return for our honeymoon as this is where we got engaged on our last night, right on the resort's beautiful beach! Thank you again to each and everyone of you for making this a dream holiday for us. We will hold you all in our heart until we get to see you again!

Good food, nice gardens, lots of animations and attractions. Big variety of food, each day it was different while we stayed for 8 days (just breakfast was same). I would suggest to choose better rooms if you take attention to this, because the territory is big.

We enjoyed our stay at VOI Floriana Resort. The resort has a lot to offer that makes for a memorable holiday. We stayed in the superior connecting family rooms which by all accounts is recommended and opted for the reserved front row sunbeds at the beach (while an additional cost, it was worth it). Here are the positives: - Superior rooms were comfortable - Entertainment staff were very friendly, but not intrusive. - Night time entertainment was amusing (I don't speak Italian but still enjoyed it). - The beach was great. Nice sand, crystal clear water, not too cold but still refreshing. - The pool was enjoyable and was never full to capacity... we could always get a sunbed. - Cleaning staff were top notch, always did a great job and were friendly. - Reception responded to our queries and provided a solution during our stay. - We didn't avail of the kids daytime entertainment but from what we could see it looked to be excellent. Here are some areas of improvement: - The food was only of average quality by Italian standards. Everything was edible and some items were better than others but it was hit and miss. - While our rooms were fine, on the last day we had the use of a standard room as a courtesy room. We noticed the room was quite tight space wise so would recommend staying in a superior room if possible. - We had to wait a long time for the water in the shower to become warm. This should be fixed especially considering the signage in the toilet talking about saving water and protecting the environment. - The floor of the pool was somewhat dirty. A robot cleaner would be a worthwhile investment and would reduce the need for increased chlorine which was high enough to turn bathing clothes yellow. - On the second week a lot more jelly fish arrived at the beach. If legal and possible, it would be good to have some sort of net to "protect" an area of the sea. - The App promoted by the literature you get at reception needs a lot of work. We were not able to logon and no one at reception knew much about it. I'd recommend simplifying the App experience as much as possible if you want guests to use it. It would be a great way to communicate to the guests about activities, or general notifications. E.g. At the nighttime entertainment it was communicated (in Italian) to close your windows and doors a certain night as there would be some spraying going on early morning. If you were not at the entertainment the previous night, you would never have known this. - While the reception staff were friendly, on the last day we had a few experiences that were "out of the ordinary" and frustrated us. That being said, I didn't want to write this review based on this as it would be unfair to the mainly good experiences of the holiday otherwise. We would recommend a holiday at Voi Floriana as long as you are happy with the items mentioned above.
