We stayed in two people for three days. Excellent service and fantastic reception. Good breakfast and varied.. sweets were excellent! Dinner is different every evening with quality products, you can choose the meat or fish menu.. We have always chosen fish and it was always fresh! dinner is really the top, to sweet the baffles! The sea is very close and you can reach the hotel conveniently from the station of S.Benedict without the need for the car.

This is a nicely located hotel on the seaside in San Benedetto del Tronto. Almost all rooms have breathtaking sea views, breakfast quality is average and rooms have limited sound insulation that might be annoying for noise sensitive people. Rooms are large with very simple furnitures and decorative elements but equipped with kitchen and dining table. Location of the hotel is very good with easy access to the beach and restaurants

Prenoto per me e un mio collega. Due giorni prima telefono dicendo che il mio collega non può venire, e che sarei andato solo io. Ma l'albergo sostiene che la prenotazione era non rimborsabile (booking mi ha detto che se agli albergatori andava bene, non ci sarebbe stato alcun addebito). E invece gli albergatori sono stati estremamente fiscali, mi è capitato con altri alberghi e mi hanno sempre risposto: ”non c'è problema, alla prossima occasione siamo lieti di ospitarvi”. Alla reception non mi accettano nemmeno 10 € di sconto. Ma dico io restando la camera vuota, non c'è chi fa la doccia e sporca le lenzuola, 10 € di sconto ci stanno. Non possono nemmeno dire che la camere l'avrebbe occupata qualcun altro (l'albergo aveva molte camere libere) e comunque la disdetta è stata fatta con due giorni di anticipo. E alla sera, dopo avermi dato la chiave hanno la faccia tosta di chiedermi se voglio includere nella mia prenotazione la colazione. Ma dico io, prenoto due camere e una la lascio libera e linda (o vendibile ad un altro cliente) e non mi offrite manco un cappuccino? Non ci sapete fare! La concorrenza è grande, così non si ha fortuna. E come se mi sono scivolati 50 € dalla tasca, voi li avete trovati e ve li tenete. Per lavoro o con la mia famiglia MAI potrei tornare in un albergo e incrociare lo sguardo con gente così venale e fiscale. Almeno la notte è andata bene? No, stanze per niente insonorizzate, le pareti sembravano di cartongesso, rumore nelle camere a fianco e al piano di sopra. Dato che avevo prenotato due camere (e il mio collega non è venuto), potevano almeno lasciare la camera a fianco della mia vuota, e invece ho trovato pure uno che ha guardato la TV tutta la notte, e si sentiva tutto. Finalmente quell'esperienza è finita, apprezzerò di più la vita.

Some previous guests complained about the hotel ”retro”, but I think it's a ”plus”, the room opens with a key! YEAH! You never happened to do 10 floors ..to find out that the magnetic card doesn't work ... And go back to the hall and go back (also pressure)... To speed up bureaucratic practices at The hotel is comfortable, a large parking, my room had a balcony (shared with other nearby rooms but ”shared” with some rings) The room was very quiet and clean, we didn't try the restaurant. The hotel has a large room with a nice breakfast, a large room with a supermarket. All staff are in the heart of my staff thankful, unfair and efficient. Very good price quality.
