"Our stay at Sanya Luhuitou Wyndham Hotel was absolutely fantastic! It's just 200 meters from Sanya Bay, so you can easily walk to watch the sunset at Coconut Dream Corridor. The sea view room offered an amazing vista, with our balcony directly overlooking the azure sea and coconut groves. The room itself was spacious and tidy, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The butler service was thoughtful, even providing complimentary welcome fruit. The outdoor pool was crystal clear, and the family-friendly facilities were extensive – our kids had a blast. Downstairs, there's a commercial plaza, making dining and shopping super convenient. It's also close to the airport and offers shuttle services. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, and the staff were enthusiastic throughout our stay. For a coastal getaway, this hotel is incredible value for money. Highly recommend!"

"Due to my late arrival, the hotel generously upgraded my room to one with an infinity pool – can you believe it? They put me in their absolute best room! Upon entering, all I could see was the ocean 🌊. The decor was incredibly stylish, spotlessly clean, and the ambiance was absolutely perfect. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate any request. All the beverages in the mini-bar were complimentary and unlimited – this really won me over! In the evening, heading down to the beach bar, listening to music 🎵 and watching fireworks 🎆 was incredibly relaxing. The hotel also offered 3 complimentary travel photos. I paid extra to select a few more, and while it cost extra, I only paid for photos I was genuinely happy with – they were far superior to the typical, mass-produced souvenir shots. It was an absolutely fantastic trip – ladies, don't even think twice, just book it!"

"Stepping in, you're immediately greeted by stunning sea views – absolutely beautiful. The room is spacious enough for multiple guests, and the large dining table in the living room comfortably seats a family of six for meals. Daily supplies are provided, and you can also opt for room cleaning. Overall, very satisfied with the warm and attentive service."

"This resort is right next to the West Island Tourist Center, about a 5-minute drive from the Tianya Haijiao scenic area entrance, and 4 km from Tianya Town. The hotel boasts a beautiful environment with a private beach and pool. The service is excellent, including a dedicated butler service and complimentary buggy transfers within the hotel, making it ideal for family vacations and leisure. The only downside is the room amenities, particularly the bathroom, which isn't as refined as it could be. The curtains and toilet aren't smart, and frankly, for a five-star hotel, some items feel a bit cheap – for example, the slippers are worse than those found in mid-to-high-end Huazhu brand hotels. There's definitely room for improvement in the details. The hotel is close to the airport, so there are frequent flights taking off and landing, which means significant noise. If you prefer a quiet environment or are a light sleeper, you might want to reconsider."

"The toilet flush was powerful, which is a big relief because a weak flush is my biggest fear when staying at a hotel. They also provided disposable toiletries, towels, and bath towels, which was great 👍🏻. The front desk staff even offered shuttle service to and from the parking lot when they had time, which helps guests save money – much appreciated ✓. The owner kindly provided an electric scooter for free. The morning shift lady and the evening shift gentleman made me feel very safe. The front desk reception was super warm and friendly, never impatient – full marks for attitude 💯. The owner really knows how to run a place! A First-Time Surprise: A Warm and Cozy Space with Perfect Details As soon as we opened the door to the B&B, the whole family was stunned by the décor! The overall decor is simple yet cozy, with warm lighting, plush sofas, and artistic paintings—every detail makes you feel like you've returned home. The room is flooded with natural light, streaming in through the large floor-to-ceiling windows and onto the soft carpet. The children happily rolled around and played on the floor the moment they entered. Mom was raving about it, saying it felt more personal than a hotel and that the host's thoughtfulness was evident in every detail. The room was impeccably clean. The bed was neatly made, and the sheets and duvet cover exuded a delicate fragrance. The bathroom was spotless, with every necessary toiletries provided, including a child-sized toothbrush and shower gel. I particularly noticed the thoughtful features of the room, like bumper bars and child safety locks, so I didn't have to worry about my child getting hurt. This thoughtful attention to detail truly reassured me as a mother. 2. Superb Location: All You Need to Know The location of this homestay is simply perfect! It's right in the Joy City shopping district, just a few minutes' walk from the shopping center. During the day, I took the kids to the children's playground in Joy City, where they had a blast playing on the slides and ball pool, while I spent the day browsing clothing stores and sampling local snacks. At night, from my window, I could see the dazzling night view of Joy City, its twinkling lights a breathtaking spectacle. Every photo I took was a masterpiece. The surrounding area is filled with popular restaurants and cafes, catering to the diverse tastes of the whole family. Whether it's shopping, dining, or entertainment, it's incredibly convenient, truly providing a one-stop travel experience. Third, attentive service, more thoughtful than family members This stay, the host's service left a deep impression on us. From the moment I booked, the host warmly communicated with me, patiently answering all my questions and proactively sharing nearby travel guides and food recommendations. On check-in day, since we were traveling with elderly parents and children and had a lot of luggage, the host, upon learning about it, went downstairs to help with the luggage. This thoughtful service was particularly touching. During our stay, if we needed anything, the host would immediately assist us. I remember one evening, my son suddenly wanted some fruit, and the host immediately went to a nearby fruit store to buy some, then thoughtfully washed, cut, and delivered it to us. My mother accidentally left her charger in the room, and upon returning, the host immediately contacted us and sent it back free of charge. This meticulous service made us feel like family. 4. Comfortable Experience, Wonderful Family Time The B&B is also very well-equipped, including a fully equipped kitchen. We made several breakfasts ourselves, with the children helping wash the vegetables while Mom took charge of the kitchen. The family chatted and laughed in the kitchen, creating a warm atmosphere that's hard to find in a hotel. The living room's large-screen TV can be projected, making it incredibly relaxing to sit around the sofa in the evening, enjoying snacks and watching the children's favorite cartoons. The rooms are also very soundproofed, ensuring no interruptions from outside noise. Every day, after a tiring day, we returned to the B&B for a good night's sleep, ready to embark on a new adventure the next day. Our stay at the Kameisu Joy City B&B not only provided a comfortable environment but also created many unforgettable family memories. The room layout, location, and host's service were impeccable. We sincerely recommend it to anyone planning a family trip, and we're sure you'll fall in love with everything here, just as we did! We'll definitely stay here again if we have the chance!"

"The Garden Seaview Grand Terrace Room truly lives up to its name – the terrace is huge! Sitting on the swing chair, admiring the sea view, was absolutely delightful. The hotel has several heated pools, and the water temperature was perfect for swimming even in winter. To the right of the big lion in front of the lobby is a go-kart park, and my kids went several times and still wanted more! The newly opened sea go-karts were also a huge hit with them! The hotel environment is beautiful, and the evening fireworks show and singing performance were both really engaging! There's a massive lawn, and right opposite is the sea with an exciting zip line! A big thank you to 'Zip Line Thrill Seeker' (滑索很刺激 - this seems to be a person's name or a username, so I'm keeping it as is and adding a potential interpretation) for helping us with our issues – the service was fantastic! A huge thumbs up to you! We hope to see you again on our next visit! All in all, among the beachfront hotels in Yalong Bay, MGM is always our favorite! It's a must-visit for us every year with the kids! Looking forward to our next trip!"

"Loved the pool here, and the exclusive underground passage to the beach was a great touch. You can also borrow beach towels and there are sun loungers available. The hotel breakfast varied daily, and it was lovely to sit outside and watch the fish while eating. However, the rice in the sushi was really dry and hard. The hotel service was excellent, and our two-bedroom family suite had a huge living room and even a washing machine. There were quite a few international guests at this hotel. If you're traveling with children, I recommend asking for a kid's toothbrush cup or disposable cups and a small stool to make brushing their teeth easier. My daughter, who is 110cm tall, had her chin just at the edge of the sink. On the first night, she dropped a cup, and it shattered from what felt like only a 3cm drop. A staff member came to flip the mattress (my elderly parents prefer a firm bed), and when I asked them to take the glass shards away, they mentioned we'd have to pay for it. My daughter overheard this, and every night before bed, she'd say it was her fault for not holding it properly. In the end, we didn't have to pay, and she was very happy. Also, on the first day, when we called for a car, customer service would tell us to go downstairs, but when we got there, either the driver wasn't around to help with luggage or the car hadn't arrived yet. However, once we got familiar with the area, it was quick to walk ourselves. The restaurant had a clown interacting with guests and giving out balloons. On the first day, I saw it and told my daughter to go over, but they said it was over. My daughter was a bit disappointed. I think this could be improved; even a simple balloon would make a child happy."

"I recently stayed at this hotel for a week and wanted to compare it to my experience four years ago. The hotel's exterior has barely changed over this period, now looking a bit worn. It's clear that there haven't been any renovations or updates to the facilities in years. However, it still maintains a comfortable atmosphere. On the other hand, you can also sense that hotel management is doing everything possible to cut costs, trimming anything they deem non-essential. The breakfast has become much simpler, with very, very, very limited variety and options. The food also has a distinctly ”cheap” taste. Of course, you won't go hungry, and you'll always find one or two dishes you like, but it's certainly not the lavish buffet you'd expect from a high-end hotel anymore. Evidence of cost-cutting is also visible in the hotel's infrastructure and beach area. There aren't many sun loungers on the beach, and most of them are in need of repair. However, not everything is negative. The hotel staff are still incredibly hardworking and enthusiastic. Rooms are cleaned promptly, the bedding and towels are spotlessly white, and the front desk staff are very efficient. Overall, these are the most important aspects for any hotel. By international standards, this hotel genuinely deserves a 3-4 star rating. Regarding the hotel's location, I'd like to highlight Xiaodonghai Bay. It's picturesque with beautiful scenery, far from the perpetually bustling Dadonghai. For those seeking tranquility, it's an excellent choice, yet it's also close enough to Dadonghai that you can easily take a taxi to the vibrant resort areas."

"The Hualuxe Sanya Yalong Bay is our top choice for family trips! Our butler, Lisa, was incredibly attentive throughout our stay. She proactively reached out before check-in to understand our needs, and during our stay, she responded to our inquiries instantly and made thoughtful arrangements, showing great attention to detail. The hotel offers comprehensive facilities for families, including a full range of kids' amenities and a children's play area. Plus, it's just a short walk to the beach, making it super convenient for families with kids. The entire staff provided professional and thoughtful service; housekeeping was prompt, and the value-added services like the travel photography were fantastic. The dining options are extensive; the coconut chicken hotpot at Cai Feng Lou was delicious, catering to both adult and children's palates, and the breakfast hours were perfect for families. The hotel boasts stunning views of the mountains, sea, and lake, with an elegant and tranquil environment and lush greenery. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, creating a perfect vacation vibe. Our entire experience was wonderful, and I wholeheartedly recommend it!"
