I want to specifically mention the pools: there's an outdoor hot spring pool, an indoor physiotherapy pool, a large swimming pool, and a small constant-temperature pool. We went during the off-season, so it wasn't too crowded, and the overall experience was very good. I also want to highlight the arcade area. Several machines there are free to play, which was a great experience, perhaps also because there weren't many people when we visited."

"The room was clean and tidy with a fantastic view. Our butler, Kaia, proactively added me on WeChat. When I couldn't find a place nearby to buy roasted milk fans, she even helped me search on a platform – she was so enthusiastic and always available. During my stay in Kunming, I accidentally ingested alkali. I called the front desk and 120 in the middle of the night, and the front desk's response was very quick. "I’ve to say this is the best hotel in Kunming, we had terrible busy conference week but the stay at Song hotel gives us wonderful relief in such busy days. We had booked 4 villa rooms including 3 foreigners and the hotel provides us tremendous service during the week. Their facilities, sanitary conditions, restaurant, breakfast, conference room etc are way beyond my expectation. Especially their timely response throughout housekeeper Xiao Bu who can always solve our requirements in just a second.
