Owner /manger was very kind even from the phone, the staff is so welcoming and nice...Clean rooms , and what a beautiful place , we took soo many pictures , this guest house will forever be my best place, i am definitely going back 😍

I travel a lot, between Cape Town and Pretoria and make use of Fa'Trez frequently. Fatima, is always very accommodating to my needs and really goes out of her way for her guests. They have also been accommodating to late evening check ins and early morning check outs. Room/bedding is alway neat and clean with daily cleaning services. I would highly recommend this guest house for short and long week stays.

Breakfast must change. Their menu is delicious but at least the menu must be different. Russian, boiled egg mayonnaise . Rooms are clean and the ladies are friendly. The owner herself she’s lovely 🥰 and kind

The staff was friendly and professional. Safe neighborhood. The breakfast was delicious. There is plenty of space in the family room. It is recommended to mount the TV across the main bed and not across the kids' bed. WiFi signal is weak in the family room. The stay exceeded our expectations.

Thank you to the Fa'Trez team for an outstanding service. Fatima, Tracy, Happy and our therapist, the massages were also awesome. Fa'Trez is a great place to be at. I recommend at to anyone who wants to have a good time.

We stayed for 2 nights. Only 50 min from Sandton so very easy to drive . Had Executive room which had a king size bed - very comfortable. A lovely big bath. Fatimah is an excellent host. She goes beyond to make sure u are happy with everything. Breakfast very nice. We had massage - would recommend Hot Stone Massage.

Excellent stay - close to Fearie Glen Hospital. Owners and staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good. Zero complaints - will stay there again. Very nice and quiet area. Safe and secure parking. Had a key and remote to come and go as we pleases.

We upgraded our room from a standard room to a Executive room - specially to enjoy the Spa bath after a long Show day , just to find out that the Spa bath did not work. Free WiFi , but the password was not available until asked for the next day. Great breakfast. Clean and tasteful furniture and linen.

Overall a good stay. Excepr for no soap in the room everything was good. Delicious breakfasyt. Will definately stay there again. The road to the parking with a big vehicle a bit dodgy. Wish we had time to try out the spa.
