RH Hotel & Apartments - Pretoria

The service was very excellent.I was welcomed with warm hands and it was no fuss very easy to go and come to my room.Facilities were working although I had my hopes high thinking Netflix works however it’s not a fuss .I enjoyed the food ,was very very delicious and nice 🥰.A very beautiful view surely I’ll come back next time  What I was disappointed at Was my door being stuck and unable to open which I think it jammed !!Had to wait about 30 min for my door to open and I didn’t see any full toiletries however I req one but came just like that and took forever to arrive .

The early check-in was smooth. The restaurant food is delicious. The toilet water was flowing 24 hours. The light in the room did not work. Sometimes they forget to replace the water bottle. We stayed at the 8th floor and the noise from outside was very disturbing.

Perfect if you want to be anywhere near the city (PTA). Accessible to store close by and the service was great.

Good and nice

The hotel is clean and smells nice on the corridors and elevators. However the noises from the corridors that’s from other guests that were there wasn’t pleasant. Also the WiFi issue took a day to be fixed. Everything in our room was not working properly, from the phones to the tv remote. After all the staff was nice shame I won’t lie about that. Next time when the WiFi is done from the servers do make sure that you inform and keep updating your guests and not let your guests be the one going downstairs and asking over and over again . Otherwise I’ll give it another try because it’s literally above the mall and all shops and restaurants are available easy access.

My experience in the hotel was pleasant. It is situated in a very high risk area however, if you have business to do along the embassies or department offices nearby then this is a great place. Pleasant staff and the buffet was also good.
