Praslin Island is a first class hotel, golf course, garden, restaurant are great, room facilities are good, service is first class, welcome ceremony is very moving, all aspects are impeccable, three beaches are too beautiful, especially G The beach jelly blue is too beautiful, just staying for a short time, must stay a few more days next time!

The hotel's restaurant has nothing but expensive, breakfast, facilities are great, Europeans are many, the hotel is on Beau Vallon Beach. The hotel is more cost-effective. The downstairs is Beau Vallon beach. Surprise for breakfast, it is directly opposite the beach! The category is also very rich. The disadvantage is that the balcony is relatively small, the room facilities are average, and the pictures are not added with filters. It was a great hotel. With flights coming in early in the morning, an earlier check-in would’ve been helpful. Patric was very helpful and thoughtful. Also, there was Dorine who kept our room tidy; and Hamisha on the bar. All three made a great impression upon us. The gym has a bit too many treadmills and lacks in some other machines which would make a full body workout easier. I was able to alter a few exercises to complete my workout but it would be better to possibly add free-weights and dumbbells and barbells. Overall it was a beautiful location and the staff were wonderful. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

Our experience at Constance Ephelia was memorable! The property is huge with access to 2 main beaches (south beach & north beach) depending on the time of the year south beach is unsafe to swim but North Beach is safe all year around. Additionally there are many hidden beaches along the coastline for ultimate privacy. Property is sits within the national park so you really feel part of the nature with many nature trails for hiking as well as kayaking through the mangroves, rock climbing and zip lining within the property itself. Their spa is probably one of the biggest and best we’ve experienced in the Indian ocean. The property is very picturesque, with many spots all around for photos opportunities. The staff will really go out their way to make you feel at home and ensure your dietary requirements are taken care off. They also have an on-site dive centre for additional cost but many other water activities included as part of your stay. We would highly recommend this resort to anyone travelling to Mahé island, Seychelles.

The room is very large, the decor is designed and everything is very well maintained and very clean (room and common parts). The room is ultra-equipped with almost all the options available in the best world stands (minibar, Nespresso machine with capsules, boiler, glasses of all kinds, fruit base, air conditioning, ceiling fan, The hotel is located in the heart of the city, and the hotel is located in the heart of the city. It was just that we went in the rainy season and it rained for two consecutive days. Pre-order breakfast and dinner, delicate and delicious. excellent service. Most of the guests are Europeans and Americans, and there are fewer Chinese. The disadvantage is that the pillows are a bit high, the bed creaks when turning over, and the quality of sleep is affected.

The hotel has several good, not great, features. It’s on a beautiful piece of land, the staff is sweet and occasionally helpful, and the WiFi works most of the time but it’s very weak and slow. There’s one English news station on the TV, the AC works decently (though it is not strong) and it was clean. Also, parking was easy out front of the hotel. The hotel has several bad aspects. First and most obvious, it doesn’t live up to its title as resort or spa. There is a small and nice pool. There is a fitness center. There is a room for massage treatments. There’s one restaurant, and it’s average, and there is a bar. And of course there is a beach. And that’s it. This is not a resort. It is not a spa. But the hotel claims to be a resort in its ads. The staff were just not very welcoming. Checkin was slow and confused. The room was hot. The bed was uncomfortable. The shower water pressure was weak. The room was way, way overpriced (even for Seychelles which is very expensive). There was zero benefit or recognition for Hilton Honors status (I’m a Diamond member). Other than offering a bottle of water, there was no benefit and no recognition. It was really stunning. No extra points. No lounge or happy hour. No upgrade. I stayed at a Hilton because that usually improves the experience. The staff was sweet and polite (if not very helpful), but the management was aloof, dismissive, and rude. I tried to leave the hotel early, even offering to leave after the icey and confused checkin, and I was told I’d be charged if I left. That made it clear. This hotel is simply an investment for its owners and investors. The owners have done as little as possible to charge as much as possible. When the guest notices failings, management become confrontational. The front office management [Rania Asba, Front Office & Quality Manager] simply stormed away when she (after arguing for 20-30 minutes) couldn’t address the many issues. She was confused and became confrontational, which was very uncomfortable. I wanted to leave and was told I would still be charged. Management alternated between confrontational and confused, mostly confused, and only became confrontational when called on their confusion. The front office manager became indignant when confronted on the low quality, poor checkin, bad room, and many issues of low quality. On the few times she did engage, she was condescending, insecure, and dismissive. There are many nice places in Seychelles, and I will definitely be back to Seychelles, but I definitely won’t stay here again. I paid for a resort and got a basic three star hotel in a nice location. I would have paid less and had a much better experience in many of the two star hotels I visited (like Anse Soleil Beachcomber) that were far nicer and relaxing without claiming to be a resort. I would have even paid less at Hotel Savoy, a five star hotel at Beau Vallon Beach, which as a guest treated me far better than anyone at Doubletree. At the Doubletree, y

The hotel is located on the east coast, 10 minutes drive from the port, and there is a parking space in the yard. The hotel's main entrance is next to the sea. The park has nice green plants, a swimming pool, a children's area and an adult area of 1 to 2.5 meters. The interior decoration of the room is somewhat old, but it is relatively clean.
