The room was not very clean with cockroaches. The bed extremely hard and pillow very high ad uncomfortable.
Apart for the location 5 m by taxi from the airport is not worthy to stay . Avoid it at all cost

Stayed here in an emergency situation when our flight was canceled. They were very accommodating. It’s a lovely place and walkable to town.

Plusses:
Clean room
Relatively good breakfast
Rather close main bus stop(s) making it easy to go to airport.
Minuses:
Room was located in the ground floor making it impossible to keep curtains open. Some better room existed in the other building, though

Long story short- there are nicer and more accommodating hotels in the area. Do not recommend—however if you decide to stay with them—-request a room in new building or renovated section of main building. If you have mobility/handicap issues there is NO elevator with lots of stairs.

The room was not very clean with dead cockroaches in the carpet . Other reviewers had said the bed very hard and uncomfortable. I can confirm that and the pillows too high . After spending a few hours layover I have back and neck pain . I should had followed the others yo avoid it . However, one consolation is the proximity to the airport a 5m ride . As my layover was too short I did not have much luxury of choices . The staffs ok to offset the room condition . But do avoid it if you can

Highly recommend this hotel if you are planning on site seeing as the room is only functional for sleeping and refreshing oneself. The room, common grounds and outdoor amenities were immaculate. The breakfast offered had a variety of fresh food options. The location was great! We had only a five minute walk to restaurants, stores, beach, banks, etc. we will definitely be staying there again.

We stayed here due to its proximity to the airport on a 20 hour layover coming home to Toronto. The pool area was lovely and we got to relax and enjoy all day with minimal people. Hotel is walking distance to the downtown shops and restaurants and beach. The rooms are outdated but it was still very comfortable and the AC blew ice cold! We had a nice balcony on the 2nd floor. Staff were wonderful and helped organize an early morning taxi for us so we wouldn’t miss our flight home.
