The room and entire hotel was super clean and well taken care of. The service from staff was phenomenal, especially from who I believe to be the manager. Breakfast selection was pretty good with a bunch of different baked goodies and cereal. Lastly, the hotel was nicely placed not far from the train station, neither the beach, although to be fair it’s a small town along the coast.

We had an absolutely lovely stay at Hotel Tea. The staff were so sweet, the location was perfect for the beach or a very short walk to the city, and there was easy parking. We had a great stay and look forward to coming back next year!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel TEA Praia! The location is perfect, just steps from the beach, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel at home. Our room was clean, comfortable, and offered a lovely view. Breakfast could be improved, but it was still a pleasant start to the day.

It was a great stay, we got everything we needed. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the tipical Italian breakfast delicious. Very nice people at the reception desk 🙂

We had a great stay, the room was perfectly fine equipped with air conditioning which is well needed as well as other benefits. The breakfast was great and our expectations were exceeded. Everyone is very friendly and the owner is hands on in his business.

Amazing hotel for the location, price with the best staff! - This is the perfect hotel for a vacation to Praia a Mare. The location is perfect, walking distance to the beach and city Center. The breakfast is amazing, cappuccinos, espresso etc. made to order fresh as you walk in with a ton of Italian sweets, croissants etc. It's a perfect way to start your day. The rooms are huge, and clean! We had a private balcony and there's a rooftop terrace to watch the sunset over the coast. Martina and Matteo were the best. They helped us make a reservation to rent a private boat for the day and to the best seafood restaurant in the city!

Hotel a conduzione familiare.La gentilezza, la disponibilità e l'accoglienza del Sig Gennaro e della figlia Martina è la prima cosa che si avverte già al check in. La struttura è ben curata e pulita con camere spaziose,la prima colazione a buffet è molto soddisfacente. Zona molto bella per il mare e per la mtb dato i molti sentieri escursionistici nelle colline vicine.
