Amazing staff and service at this beautiful and historic hotel. The location is terrific- lots of attractions and restaurants in walking distance. The restaurant at the hotel offered amazing meals. Will definitely return if we are ever back in Prague

Amazing overall experience at the M.O. Prague. From front desk check in all the way through the stay, everyone made us feel cared for and appreciated. Florian at front desk and Katarina at breakfast stand out in particular. Just a wonderful anniversary for my wife and I.

The hotel is beautifully charming. The location is perfect, quiet and just a short walk to the Charles Bridge without the hustle and bustle of tourists. The staff is absolutely terrific with too many people to thank but shout outs to Martin, Jose, Katerina, the Catalan at the front desk and the concierge. Not sure why anybody would stay anywhere else.

I had a bad incident before xoming to Prague, but the Front Office Team has welcomed me despite. It was really stressful and i couldnt imagined if i had stayed somewhere else. I had a very relaxing stay and i would like to mention the housekeeping team as well for a fantastic job. F&B also done their way by acknoledging a colleague. So overall, i would really love to go back in Prague to have another relaxong stay. Thank you to everyone at MO Prague.
