I stayed at this hotel 4 out of 11 nights while traveling through Europe and it was by far the best of the entire trip. I initially checked in for 3 nights and requested feather-free bedding. As soon as I got to my room, housekeeping was there to change out the pillows. The room was extremely clean and comfortable, with a spotless lounge chair and ottoman, desk and office chair, fridge and wood armoire. The bathroom was spacious and brightly lit with a large walk-in rain shower/hand-held sprayer combo. While this is a pet friendly property, I saw no signs of pets and had no allergy issues during my stay. My reservation included breakfast, which was an elaborate buffet of hot and cold options. The property has two restaurants on-site and is situated within walking distance of various restaurants and the mall. Due to a flight cancellation, I needed to stay an additional night. The front desk staff extended my stay in a matter of seconds. The staff was extremely professional and the hotel was fabulous! I would gladly return to this hotel if I return to the area!

Spent three nights recently and the hotel staff were very professional. Rooms were clean however our bathroom had only one towel on arrival. This was quickly sorted and towels were sent to the room when we requested them. The spa and pool are clean and very nice. Breakfast had lots of options and staff again were very profesisonal. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and the hotel is ideally located near the Medical University. The walk into town is about 20 minutes. One suggestion would be to have a SMART TV in the room. With small children who do not speak Polish the tv channels are limited. Will definitely stay here again.

The location is very cool, very close everywhere. All available for walking in a quiet walk. The old city is a rolling hand. The neighborhood is full of shops, restaurants, bars, etc. The crowded area but the apartment itself is quiet. At the bottom of the restaurants, however nothing up above feel 😊 Apartment in a stylish stone, thanks to which you feel the climate of old years and the Poznań itself. The stone is renovated, clean and safe – just as the area. The apartment itself is coolly decorated – simple and modern. spacious, bright fully equipped. TV with lots of channels, full kitchen equipment (no dishwasher). Breakfast is really very good and a big choice. Breakfast in the building next to – 1 minute. The possibility of booking lunch boxes for those who have no opportunity to come for breakfast, which is a cool option. I used once. Unfortunately what is on a big minus is clean! Feel dust and beard on the floor, the walls are full of “cats” with dust.

I was booked it through booking.com and was believing that it was hotel but when arrived it turned out that it is a hostel. The service was lovely, lady was really polite, showed me the apartment which was really nice. I booked Deluxe suit, would have liked it it more if instead combining 2 beds together and calling it double bed the actual double bed was there. I loved how clean it was, the bathroom only need handles near shower and the heating system was a bit loud to my liking hence it disturb my sleep so unfortunnately it not a place for me to return.

This hotel is in a good position for all the local usual tourist hot spots,. I fully appreciate that during the current pandemic there have been changes to how the rooms are maintained but I would have expected a clean room to start with, hair in the shower, cobwebs on the light shades, hair around the sink and hair on the bathroom tiles. The rooms were not cleaned on a daily basis which I get but the bin could have been emptied and a quick hoover. Clearly the cleaning regime is not managed effectively by the management team otherwise these issues would not have occurred and I see no reason to complain on the day as this should be checked before my arrival. Due to covid restrictions I had to wait 19 months to fulfil this booking so expected better really. On the plus side the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent and the covid sanitation protocols were very good.

Hotel is located in the heart of the city. Room on the 16th floor with a beautiful view of Poznań. One of the places on the map of Poland to which I want to go back! We managed to use vineston - home lemonades were refreshing and delicious food. L'hôtel est toujours très très bien. Le personnel à l'écoute, (une note spéciale pour Krzysztof de la réception qui est très professionnel et très aimable) hôtel toujours propre. C'est vrai que il y a des travaux juste devant l'établissement mais cela est passager et sans grande incidence. Question pour la direction de l'hôtel : POURQUOI on ne nettoye plus les chambres, même pas le remplacement du mini-bar, pas de changement de serviettes, pas vidé la poubelle.... Par contre, le niveau du petit déjeuner a légèrement baissé; c'est un peu moins varié. Peu de choix dans les pains, pas de grille pain, les tables sont débarrassés par des ”étudiants” qui ne connaissent rien à la restauration. Dès que vous leur demandez quelque chose : c'est toujours la même réponse : je vais demander. Bref, à part cela, qui peut être facilement corrigé, cela reste un très très bon hôtel et je reviendrai certainement dès que possible.
