Rancho Bernardo Inn

This was a quick stay for a hockey game that my kids had in the area. I wish we had more time to enjoy the property! Great restaurant on premises. Would absolutely stay again

My husband and his family have been visiting here for 30 years The staff around the resort are very nice and helpful. Fantastic property. We checked into our hotel 828, smooth and easy. We went swimming in the family pool. Beautiful amenities. We went to bed early since we have a toddler. It rained at 2:30 am. My husband was moving around. I said, what's up? He was wet because the ceiling was leaking directly on his head and all over the bed and pillows. It rained for a little over an hour. We have the toddler and didn't want him to wake up, so we moved to the edge of the bed and placed the ice bucket, trash can and towels on the bed. Needless to say we didn't get much sleep since the whole half of the bed was wet and the dripping of the leaky ceiling. In the morning we went to the front desk to let them know. They offered a free coffee. We stayed in a hotel for a nice night away and got no sleep since they didn't upgrade the roofs and we get offered free coffee. Not exactly how I thought it should be handled. We won't be coming back. Not recommending this place. The whole point of a hotel is a place to sleep.

My only complaint is the mattress was more firm than I would prefer. I will stay again.

Beautiful hotel, but it is old. Rooms are large and very clean. All the staff are very friendly and helpful.

This is a beautiful property, get a massage, walk around the premises - you will love it.

They were able to accommodate all of our requests, the resort was beautiful, room was perfect, and food was great.

Very expensive for what was received. Three apetizers and two glasses of wine were $100 US.
