Holiday Inn Express POUGHKEEPSIE by IHG

Good hotel in a town I needed to be for a business meeting the next day. All was good with decent breakfast etc.

Hotel was cleared and staffs were very friendly. Though the complimentary breakfast options were a bit limited, they do have a pancake machine that makes fresh pancakes in front of you each morning! There were also a good variety of complimentary hot beverages offered to hotel guests all day long. The hotel is conveniently located along the local bus route. Anyone staying here and doesn't want to drive for whatever reason, the bus stop is easily accessible on foot.

Woke up early enough to try the breakfast for once and it wasn’t bad for what it was. They had a good selection of choices to have with some fresh fruits which was nice. The cinnamon rolls were very hard on the outside but the middle was soft and good flavor wise. I really enjoyed the Frosted Flakes with chocolate milk :)

My room was not properly cleaned the bathroom you could see hair on the toilet in the shower and all over the floor. The room you could tell they did not wipe down the night stand or desk.
