Excellent hotel. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was great. Room was bigger than what I expected. Located close to the main street and shopping area. Although the area immediately around the hotel didn't feel like the safest, but I had no problems in the daytime. I'd definitely recommend this place

Café da manhã n é dos piores mas os sucos poderiam ser de polpas e n tang. Os réchauds n funcionavam, então as comidas q deveriam estar quentes eram frias. Vaso entupido. Na parte da manhã os funcionários conversavam muito alto entre eles e olha q era domingo. Sem mais

A acústica do hotel não é boa. Dá para ouvir tudo e tem quartos que dão direto para a escada, dando para ouvir todas as conversas. Ademais, o quarto não tem cortina blackout, assim não dá para descansar por conta da claridade que entra.

Hotel antigo, dependências com muitos objetos quebrados e velhos jogados, limpeza ruim (não limparam o quarto). Informações diferentes na recepção dependendo do atendente, cada um passava uma informação e o outro negava e sai no prejuizo com isso.

Atendimento excelente e cortez. A sensação que se tem é que todos são muito empenhados em fazer o melhor. Hotel simplório mas aconchegante. Café da manhã bom e variado. Boa organização e o meu quarto tinha até TV Smart e ar condicionado potente rs. Amei a experiência. Dona Regina é uma ótima pessoa.
