The hostel is not worth the price they charge. The facilities are very old. Old fridge and air conditioning. TV too small. And the bathroom, besides being old, smelled again, the shower was difficult to regulate the temperature. The common areas are also very old. From the photos at the time of hiring, the room looked different. The massage space did not have a masseuse and the hotel did not allow me to use it by hiring a masseuse on my own. After complaining, I was offered a massage worth R$ 400.00 for 1h. The photos that the inn shows on the internet do not reflect reality, especially the rooms. The most serious thing, however, was that I made a complaint and the manager Silvana, instead of trying to make us feel good at the place, made us uncomfortable. He offered to return the money for us to leave the inn, since we were dissatisfied, however we were 8 people and in 3 rooms, it was a holiday, the city was crowded! The beach restaurant service has an excellent employee, Chico. However, the amount charged is also absurd. Lunch dishes are small and cost around 100.00. Drinks are around 40.00. The kitchen only works until 17:00. For a 7-day trip we spent around 35,000 just for accommodation and consumption, and we still felt bad and I was particularly embarrassed by the manager. With that value we would stay in infinitely better hotels.

Today we tried to stay in this terrible inn even seeing the negative comments and we just went to check how rude you are, the woman at the restaurant in particular GROSSA, you guys are terrible #INJURIADO

Olha é um bom hotel, mas já foi melhor. Visitei o local cerca de 8 anos atrás, e nem se compara. Acho que hoje falta atenção às pequenas coisas sabe, tipo mosca sobrevoando o café da manhã, ducha da piscina sem funcionar, etc. Algo que achei bizarro foi o fato de que quando arrumam o quarto deixam as toalhas e a roupa de cama toda embolada no chão, de baixo da escada que separa um quarto do outro, e só pegam no dia seguinte. É desleixado e um pouco nojento isso, quando falei sobre só me falaram "que era assim mesmo" (??????). Um dia tinha uma barata no banheiro perto do restaurante. Quando fui a primeira vez era tudo impecável, dessa vez deixou a desejar, apesar de continuar sendo bom. E um funcionário estressou comigo de graça porque perdi minha tag, achei pouco profissional.

Estive hospedado ano passado e voltei agora. A administração muito e fez uma reforma onde os quartos reformados estão excelentes, o café da manhã também está mais intimista e os bangalôs na praia ficaram extremamente convidativos para passar o dia. Como a pousada está literalmente na praia, me hospedei nos quartos da frente e o visual é maravilhoso.

Pensa em um lugar ruim!!! Esse é pior!!! Quarto com paredes mofadas e um cheiro horrível, agua quente nem pensar alem do banheiro estar sujo e com vazamento, a torneira não fecha e fica vazando agua. TV nem pensar, tb não estava funcionando. Sky com problema. Toalhas de banho tipo lixa, velhas e amareladas. Nada parecido com as fotos da internet. Hotel velho, sujo e mal cuidado!! Um Verdadeiro pesadelo!!! Nem de graça vale, pra piorar não é barato!!! Fuja desse lugar, uma grande decepção, estragaram nosso passeio.
