Hotel muito bom,tem uma boa estrutura,café da manhã muito bom com bastante variedade. As limpezas dos aptos são feitos todos os dias com trocas das roupas de camas,as piscinas são uma maravilha, atendimento do bar e muito bom tanto Raiane e Kaique. Atendimento da recepção muito bom em especial ao recepcionista Vagner que nos deu muitas indicações de o que fazer na cidade, inclusive os passeios da cidade. Em geral hotel muito bom,voltaria mais vezes

Fiquei hospedada no Ramada na semana do meu aniversário e foi uma experiência incrível. Localização excelente, de frente para o mar com cabana na praia com preço bem acessível. Hotel está em reforma mas não atrapalhou em nada. Na verdade nem parece estar em reforma pq o ambiente todo estava extremamente limpo e organizado e sem barulhos que incomodassem em NADA. Todos do hotel super educados, comida do restaurante a melhor que comi na Bahia e com preço com SUPER acessível. Eu nem saia para jantar fora, comia lá e depois ia passear de tão boa que eram as refeições. A equipe que trabalha no restaurante sempre com sorriso no rosto e distribuindo atenção à todos. Tive um problema com um frigobar e foi trocado prontamente. A Gerente comercial Jerusa extremamente amável e disponível para ajudar em tudo, pedi para trocar de quarto pq estava com minha filha pequena que queria MUITO ver a piscina do quarto e ela protamente me ajudou nisso. Só elogios à todos do hotel, especialmente a JERUSA gerente e ao JÚNIOR da recreação. Já visitei varios lugares do nordeste e foi de longe a estadia mais tranquila. Ano passado fiquei no Iberostar all inclusive e confesso que gostei muito mais da minha semana no Ramada justamente pela cordialidade e simpatia dos funcionários. Obrigada por tudo e certamente voltarei em breve.

Pensem em um lugar legal, piscina grande e limpa, colaboradores solicitos e educados. Muito verde, passaros e uma vista espetacular. Café da manhã com boa variedade. Oferecem de cortesia um cafe da tarde, mas a impressão é que é a sobra do café da manha. Nada que desabone a pousada.

My place in Arraial!!! Hostel that has been frequenting for over 20 years. I feel at home! Simple, but it has everything we need to the right extent! Excellent location, comfortable rooms, balcony with network, always tasteful pool, and a reception that is wonderful!!! Do you need something more?

First of all, the location of the Fasano Trancoso is really outstanding. The beach is beautiful, you can walk for hours on a almost deserted beach, there are only a few private houses. The resort is on a large piece of land and part of reserve. The layout is very nice, all rooms are spread out and this guarantees privacy. The rooms are very well designed. I recommend the Fasano bungalow, they are very large. Also the bathroom is big. There is a huge rooftop terrace where you can spend some time during day and also during might to observe the sky and the stars. The breakfast is very good, excellent fruit selection and also many other choices. Lunch and dinner is also good. Not all dishes are excellent, but you can always find some great things. And they are flexible and adapt to your preferences. What sets this resort apart is the great staff, they are all genuinely friendly and attentive and do their best to make your stay excellent. Many of them do not speak English, but they try their best to understand you. So communication is easy due to this strong dedication. Also management is often around and checks if guests are happy. I really appreciate the service provided. For me definitely one of the best hotels in Brazil, also by far one of the best Fasano. I highly recommend this hotel and will probably return soon.
